Today was a historic double celebration for the Edevu SDA Church, marking the Official Opening of the New Pastorโ€™s House and the launching of the new church building proposal.

โ€‹The new pastor's house building is proudly sponsored by Silas Jonathan, honoring the legacy of his late father, who generously built the original pastor's house at his own expense. To celebrate the occasion, church members filled the beautiful new house with gifts and presents.

โ€‹We were honored to welcome distinguished guests, including Pr. Kadasa Damaro (Central Papua Conference Ministerial Secretary), Pr. Sangai Mara (Moresby North East District Director), and the local Council President. Pr. Damaro offered a special dedicatory prayer and officially launched the new building plans, while Pr. Mara cut the ribbon to open the pastorโ€™s home.

โ€‹Current Edevu Church Pastor, Minister Martin Bilas, extended his heartfelt gratitude to the CPC leaders, district representatives, community leaders, church members, and visiting friends who made the day a resounding success.

โ€‹I felt incredibly blessed to contribute to this special program by supporting the community with their graphics and media needs.

โ€‹Above all, we give praise to God for the great things He is doing in Edevu!

Minister Martin Bilas Benny, a church pastor to Edevu SDA Church ran a week meeting which highlighted with Baptism. Retired Pastor Oivi Semene conducted the Baptism.

We thank God for this milestone as Pipisu Company Church in Buka District officially became an Organized Church on ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’๐ญ๐ก ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.
For 32 years, Pipisu had faithfully served under Maregoi SDA Church as their company church.
Despite the challenges faced during their journey with God, this achievement marks a new chapter in the growth of Godโ€™s work in the area.

During the weekend program, BM President Pr Mathias Foxy and District Director Wellington Sanan, together with Pr. Walter and Pr. Sovinter, conducted teachings on the doctrines of the Seventh-day Adventist Church based on the 24 Fundamental Beliefs.
May God continue to bless and strengthen the members of Pipisu SDA Church as they continue to grow in Faith.

Workers at the Sepik Mission headquarters in Wewak Hill received a generous supply of garden food from members of the Adventist Community Services of Yawasoro Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The food supplies were presented during a visit organised by the church to support mission workers serving at the headquarters.
The gesture was received with appreciation by the mission administration and staff, who acknowledged the church members for their kindness and support.

Speaking on behalf of the mission, Mission President Pastor Henry Monape and Mission Secretary Pastor Charles Paul thanked Yawasoro church for showing practical care toward those serving the work of the church in the Sepik region.

They said the donation reflected the spirit of service, unity and partnership between local churches and the mission office.

ACS Director Pastor Graham Ovasui also commended the members for their generosity and encouraged other churches to continue supporting the work of God through practical acts of kindness.

The food presentation was a timely support for the workers and their families, and a reminder of the strong bond between the mission headquarters and local congregations.
