Our weekend from friday 28- 30th October, 2022 was a blessed one to remember. We had the previledged of officiating at the establishment of a brand new Church in Gavuone village, Aroma coast, Abau District in Central Province.
The VEAUAVA (UNITY) Church of the Nazarene is a very special church with persons of disabilities, down syndrome kids, widowers, few handicaps as part of its membership.One young widower named Jeremiah shares of how his young wife died of child-birth complications in March this year leaving him with a 6 & 3 year old kids. The single father of the 2 down syndrome kids shares of how other normal kids tease his kids that frustrates him at times. A young couple in the picture Mega & his wife and there 4 year old son feel the call to be pastors. Mega's father (Mega senior) needs to replace his 15 year old wheel chair. There is so much prayer needs to pray for in Veauava Church. We will greatly appreciate Your prayers. This special church reminds us of how the Church of the Nazarene was started in 1901. The church of the Nazarene started on the streets of Los Angeles with homeless, hungry and needy people. That is why Veauava church is so special.
We are blessed to establish this new Church.
We believe the timing is right for us in the Central District Church. God is opening new doors for ministry as the harvest is ready in Central Province.
We are excited for the harvest and ready to labor for the Lord. God is Awesome and He gets the Glory. Amen.
