Dear Fans, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today, I write this not as a person who has reached the peak of success, but as someone who is still on the way and dared to take a leap of faith, leaving behind the comfort and security of formal employment to forge a path of my own. My journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to harness the potential of social media to create a business from scratch.
I started with nothing but a vision and a page called "KAIR BII NEM". Through this platform, I aimed to influence and inspire youngsters in Papua New Guinea to see social media not just as a place for social interaction, but as a powerful tool for business and personal growth. Today, I am proud to say that "KAIR BII NEM" is slowly but surely becoming a well-known name in PNG, a testament to the power of determination, hard work, and the limitless potential of digital platforms.
But my journey didn't stop there. Recognizing the immense talent and potential in our local youths, I expanded my mission. I involved them in media production and building maintenance work, providing them with the skills, coaching, and mentoring needed to excel. Watching them grow, learn, and become empowered has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Alongside this, I launched "YALIINGU VALUERS", a property valuation business. This venture not only serves as a source of livelihood but also stands as a symbol of what can be achieved with perseverance and the willingness to step out of one's comfort zone.
To anyone who is reading this today, I want you to know this: success is not reserved for a select few. It is within the reach of anyone who is willing to dream big, work hard, and embrace the opportunities that come their way. When I started, I had no fancy tools or vast resources. All I had was a dream and the courage to pursue it relentlessly.
So, I urge you all, especially the youth of PNG, to look beyond the traditional pathways. Use the tools at your disposal, like social media, to create, innovate, and build something meaningful. Believe in your ideas, invest in your skills, and never underestimate the impact you can have.
Let my journey be a testament to what is possible. If I can start from scratch and build a thriving business and a platform that empowers others, so can you.
