We counted down on days in preparation for the upcoming event and celebration and also the commemoration of the early missionaries who first bring the Good news of Jesus Christ into the island of New Britain regions.
The church an it's believers are proud to celebrate the day as we normally celebrate it annually. The church believes that the Lord has visited the island 🏝 and brought transformation that affects the entire development in the province and country.
The Vunamami Division consists of two (2) circuits and one (1). Pastorate a total of 20 congregations,preparing to host the 2024 George Brown Day celebration.
Bitapetep Pastorate will be the host of the celebration and the official event at karavi ilaila United Church, karavi Recreational Park karavi Beach ⛱️ Front.
On that day, there will be presentations of choir and also the role play an act of the early missionaries to the island and what happened to the missionaries,
If you're non United Church and interested to hear and know more about the history of the United Church, you're most welcome to the program.
We also invite all believers to participate and be part of the one day celebration.
