In Loving Memory of First Lady Fa’aliah Lemalu Tuaau-Sauilemau🕊️❤️‍🩹

Some people leave footprints on our hearts that can never be erased, and First Lady Fa’aliah was one of those people. She was a woman of many talents, whose smile could light up a room, and someone who was never seen upset, always carrying joy, warmth, and kindness wherever she went.

She was always ready with words of wisdom, encouragement, and support for anyone in need. Her faith in God was evident in everything she did. She never failed to speak about His goodness, mention God in every season, and remind others to trust in Him. A truly God-fearing woman, she lived her life with grace, faith, and a heart devoted to serving others.

Though she may no longer be with us physically, her love, faith, laughter, and beautiful spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Her legacy will continue through the lives she touched and the many memories shared.

Psalm 34:18
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

At this very sad time, we continue to keep Pastor Tanumoa Malie & family, Evangelist Pastor Moapi & family, and our Manukau SCOG family in our thoughts and prayers as we mourn this heartbreaking loss together.

Forever Loved • Forever Missed • Forever In Our Hearts🕊️🤍

BIBLE STUDY | TUESDAY 19.05.2026✨
LECTURER | Pastor Serafi Roberts✝️

Tuesday nights Bible study reminded us that prayer is more than just speaking words, it is where we meet God in every season of life. Prayer is our daily communication with God, our connection to Him, and the way we strengthen our relationship with Him. It is not about fancy words or repeated speeches, but about speaking honestly from the bottom of our hearts.

Many were deeply touched by the story behind the hymn “How Great Thou Art”. The writer experienced grief, hardship, and moments of deep reflection, yet through faith and prayer he found peace in God’s presence. As he looked upon God’s creation and trusted Him through difficult times, the Lord filled his heart with calm, comfort, and worship. It reminds us that even in pain, prayer allows God’s peace to flow through our lives.

“Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art!” 🙌

We also learned about the different kinds of love and relationships that God teaches us through His Word:
• Eros (romantic love❤️)
• Phileo (brotherly/friendship love🤝🏽)
• Storge (family love🏡)
• Agape (unconditional Godly love✝️)
• Ludus (playful affection😊)
• Pragma (enduring committed love💍)

Each of these relationships requires patience, understanding, communication, and prayer to grow in a healthy and Godly way.

We also studied the 4 kinds of communication:
• Verbal Communication
• Non-Verbal Communication
• Written Communication
• Visual Communication

This reminded us that communication is powerful. The way we speak, act, write, and present ourselves should reflect Christ. Prayer helps guide our hearts so our communication brings encouragement, wisdom, love, and peace to others.

Just like the branch must remain connected to the vine, we must stay connected to God daily through prayer. Believing in prayer is not enough, prayer must be practiced daily so that God can strengthen us, guide us, and help us grow spiritually through every season of life🙏

STUDY | PRAYER & WORSHIP 🙏

A deep dive into what it truly means to seek God wholeheartedly. Prayer is not just words, it is our lifeline, our weapon, and our daily conversation with God. Worship is more than music; it is surrender, holiness, obedience, and pouring our hearts out before Him.

This study reminded us that God is not moved by fancy words, but by sincere hearts. Before we pray, we must understand the holiness of God and prioritise His Kingdom above our own desires. The more we pray, the more God works within us, strengthens us, and transforms us.

Our responsibility is to pray as taught in the Bible. If we pray another way, it becomes a waste of time and energy. No believer should take prayer lightly because our survival, well-being, and eternity are at stake. Prayer must be taken seriously by those who truly want to please Him.

Prayer is where peace replaces fear, comfort replaces heaviness, and faith begins to grow deeper. True worship comes from intimacy with God — not performance, not routine, but a genuine heart that longs for Him.

“God wants us to pour our hearts out to Him.” 🤍✨
