๐Ÿ“– Proverbs 13:18

Proverbs reminds us that refusing correction and discipline can lead to consequences, while receiving instruction leads to wisdom and growth.

An undisciplined life may seem easier at first, but eventually, our choices have consequences. May we learn to embrace correction, practice self-discipline, and choose the path that honors Godโ€ฆ.even when it isn't easy.

โ€œWhoever disregards discipline comes to poverty and shame, but whoever heeds correction is honored.โ€ โ€” Proverbs 13:18

True freedom is not simply doing whatever we want, but having the self-discipline to choose what is right and pleasing to God. Through the Holy Spirit, God gives us the strength, love, and self-control we need to overcome fear and live with purpose.

May we continue to cultivate self-discipline in our daily lives and use the freedom God has given us to honor Him. ๐Ÿ™
