In any situation, you have God, you have victory!

Now David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David strengthened himself in the LORD his God.

1 Samuel30:6 NKJV

When are you courageous and strong? Is it when things are going well, when others praise you and encourage you? However, when things are not going well and others belittle you or even betray you, do you lose courage and strength?

This is the reality of many of us. Let's take a look at David. In this passage, the Amalekites kidnapped David and his followers’ wives and children. In this situation, all the people were heartbroken and even wanted to stone David to death.

David is surrounded with darkness. No one encouraged him, and they even wanted to stone him to death. His own wife and children were also kidnapped. In such a miserable situation, what choice did David make? Was he complaining or angry? Or did he still firmly believe in God?

We saw that David trusted in the Lord his God, and his heart was strong! You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You (Isaiah 26:3). This is the truth! When we put our hopes on the situation and people, our hearts are going through ups and downs, because they change all the time. Only when we secure our hope in God and God's words, we stand firmly and stay strong, because God and God's words are settled in heaven and never change!

We can’t afford living life like a roller coaster anymore! This is not the brand new life that Jesus Christ gives to us, and this should not be the life that any Christian has. From today, strengthen your heart and secure your hope in God and God's words. He is faithful. You will see the amazing fruit of your true faith!

No one can stand before you!

No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not
leave you nor forsake you.
Joshua 1:5 NKJV

Do you know what God promised to Joshua here is also a promise to you? No one will be able to stand before you in your lifetime! God is with you forever and will not abandon you or leave you.

God is with you all the time. He is in you, and you are in Him. ( John 17:21-23) In this way, who can stand in front of you? Is it a disease? Is it a difficulty? They can't stand in front of Almighty God! They can't stand in front of you!

However, this promise will only take effect when we truly believe it. When we don't believe, we don't abide in Christ. Although Christ still lives in us, the power and life of Christ are completely blocked by our unbelief. Once we truly believe, we return to Christ and abide in Him, the obstacles inside of us are removed, the channel is opened, and the power of God is manifested through us!

So, today no matter what difficulties, problems and challenges you are facing, truly believe the Word of God: they can not stand before you. This is God's promise to you. Remember, believe, and put into action, you will definitely have the victory!

Peace in the midst of busyness

“In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength said to them.”
Isaiah 30:15 NKJV
When on busy days, there are always things that can't be done. Have you stopped and thought: where is God? Anything we do which are not for God is empty and meaningless. When we are doing things without relying on God, we often feel very tired, and our mood easily go up and down. We are restless and irritable.
At this moment, our soul is sick and showing symptoms. As soon as we realise it, the most important thing is to stop immediately, return to the Father, and unload all the burden to Him. The Father's love and peace will then flow into our hearts, clear out our fatigue, irritability and restlessness, the heart feel released, and the body feel relaxed and free, and our mind will become clear. Once our soul is connected with God, the source of our life, we will be renewed and strengthened.

Therefore, We need to keep our heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. ( Proverbs 4:23) When we start doing things again, God will help us to accomplish more with less effort. Just like we fly in the sky on a rocket, it's much easier and more effective than crawling on the ground by ourselves!

When the world keeps urging us to work faster and harder, only He calls us softly: “My child, stop, be quiet, and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10). Let's respond to God's call and abide in Him all the time, be peaceful and stable, like an eagle flying high, living in the supernatural peace every day, to glorify the name of Jesus!

Mountain and Faith cannot coexist

So Jesus said to them, “for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Matthew 17:20 NKJV

Jesus said: "If you have faith, even if it is very small, as small as a mustard seed, you speak to the mountain and command it to move, it will move away. You see, YOU need to say and do, you do not beg God or let God do it.

When Jesus healed the sick and cast out demons, he never said: "Father, cast out demons. Father, heal this person.” Jesus has given us the authority to trample the snakes and scorpions and the power to overcome the enemy! (Luke 10:19) We need to command the mountain to move in the name of Jesus! We need to lay hands on the sick, and they will be recovered! (Mark 16:18）It’s not that we beg God or let God do it, because Jesus has accomplished everything on the cross. He said: It's finished! (John 19:30)

Another important point that we usually ignore here is that mountains and faith cannot exist at the same time！Where there is mountain, there is no faith; Where there is faith, there is no mountain! As it has to move.

When you believe that you are a brand-new creation in Christ, Jesus lives inside of you, then you already have faith inside of you. No matter what kind of mountains you face in life today: sickness, lack, addictions, relationships difficulties etc, they must move in front of your faith. As disease can’t exist where Jesus is, darkness can’t exist where light is. Just speak to the mountain to move, it will move away! The giant in your life will be removed!

Many Christians' prayers don’t align with the biblical truth and they pray in a wrong way. That’s why they can’t see the results. Many think that they have no faith or small faith. In fact, they don't know the truth is that they already have faith, it’s just a matter of knowing how to use faith to pray. When we pray following the spiritual rules or align with truth, it must produce results!

Hello everyone!

We are a church called by God to be established in Mt Pleasant, Christchurch. We believe in the Trinity and justification by faith. We are a Holy Spirit-filled church with a five-fold ministry, healing services, and miracles. We earnestly desire God's presence and are firmly rooted in His Word.

We hold Sunday services in both English and Mandarin every Sunday, followed by prophetic and healing services for all. Come with expectation to encounter God and witness His mighty works! Bring your friends and family!
