St Paul's Auckland

St Paul's Auckland With Jesus. For Jesus. We love to worship and pray with Jesus. We look to follow the way of Jesus. We long to see lives and communities transformed for Jesus.

We offer multiple services each Sunday. We'd love to see you.

10am
A contemporary family service, offering vibrant worship, prayer, and reflection. Full kids programs available up to year 6, and an intermediate youth programme.

5.30pm
A vibrant blend of contemporary worship, creative expression, and speaking that asks the questions that count. Once a month we grab a meal together in the crypt - it’s After Hours.

Last Sunday, we had a wonderful church lunch after the morning service - thank you to everyone who was involved in set up, cooking, and clean up!

Coming up this week ..

Join us this Sunday at 10am and 5:30pm as we continue Name Above All Names, looking at some of the names for God in the Bible.

We'll be looking at the names El Shaddai and Jehovah Jirah, two covenantal names we find in Genesis within a few chapters of each other.

See you there!

Coming on Sunday ...

We continue our current series, Name Above All Names, looking at some of the names for God in the Bible.

This week, we will look at The Good Shepherd, an image that’s all through scripture, yet what does it mean for us today?

Also, join us after the morning service this week for a delicious church lunch together. If you can, we'd love a team to help with the pack down and clean up after lunch if you can stick around. A koha for lunch is appreciated.

See you there!

What do we do when all the chaos and injustice in our world breaks our hearts? Jesus teaches us to love, but he also teaches us to grieve.

At the Evening Service last Sunday, we had our Lament for All Creation service.

It was a beautiful time of reflecting, praying and worshipping, and we wanted to say a big thank you to the Care of Creation Kaihāpai for all your work to make this evening happen.

Coming on Sunday ...

We're excited to have Lilian Dodza, the Regional Vice President and Regional Director at World Vision East Africa, joining us at the 10am service.

Lilian will be sharing some of her story and how we might join with the wider church in looking beyond our own circles, out into the world.

Then at the Evening Service, we invite you to join us for a special service of lament for our world, where we intentionally create space to prayerfully acknowledge, process and bring our collective concerns to God.

Coming on Sunday ...

This week, we kick off a new series, Name Above All Names.

The ancient names of God reveal many dimensions of His nature and character - a God who longs to know and be known. Over the course of a few weeks, we'll be looking at the different names of God in the Bible. At the 10am service, we'll be looking at God's name 'I AM'.

Then at the evening service, we have Adult and Youth Baptisms! We're looking forward to celebrating with those being baptised and renewing their baptismal vows.

It's also After Hours; this week, we'll stay up for pizza and all the usual drinks.

We'll be hearing from a few women throughout the evening around the theme Honey from the Rock, knowing the goodness and sweetness of God in unexpected times and places.

We're so looking forward to gathering together!
