Leandro de Souza was once known as the most tattooed man in Brazil, with nearly 95 percent of his body covered in ink. Although fame followed him everywhere, he says peace never did, and his life felt empty despite the attention.
After encountering Jesus and embracing evangelical Christian faith, Leandro says his heart was completely transformed. He is now undergoing long and painful laser treatments to remove his tattoos, explaining that the process is difficult but worth it because he wants his outward appearance to reflect what God has done within him.
For Leandro, this journey is not about erasing the past, but about sharing a testimony of renewal and forgiveness. His story reflects the message of 2 Corinthians 5:17, which speaks of becoming a new creation through Christ.
