Last week, Brother Kanchan started off our first Wednesday Church by inspiring us with a sermon titled "Beyond our understanding" on the series 'beyond, over and above' and we learned that what limits us doesn't limit God through many beautiful examples from the Bible.

New Life Kathmandu really hopes to grow as a church family and go 'beyond' as a church. If you're looking for a way to get involved in this pursuit in between saturdays too, during the week, let's do it together through our Wednesday Church.

Dear young ones, it is always good to follow God's timing in life "Do not arouse love before time (Songs of Solomon 2:7, 3:5 & 8:4)". Well, have you in your life story or Love story, to be precise, asked God to guide your steps according to His Word. The strong attraction we may have with the opposite gender could lead us to s*x before marriage. A s*x outside marriage. The world says s*x before marriage is okay. They say it's normal and that it is natural. But we, as children of God, we are NOT of this world.

The Lord wants us to think more than our own thoughts he want us to think His thoughts. We are not called to defilement but we are called to purity and holiness. S*x isn't wrong, but is right and beautiful INSIDE the boundaries of marriage. This unity is blessed IN marriage by God. Remember, the adversary wants you to fall into sin before marriage and then wants you to separate and part ways after getting married. Some studies done by some researchers and marriage counselors also have found out that relationships that had premarital s*x mostly ended up unhappy and broken.

So, sought God because God's love is redemptive love and He is the master of turning ashes into beauty. Ask these questions, "Is it God's will? Is it from the Lord?" Surrender you relationships to His will, seek God individually and keep God first, seek not your own interpretation of the Word, but seek Godly counsel for your relationships and know that His promise still stands when He says that He will make it more beautiful and stronger. Philemon 1:15‭-‬16

There is always a deeper meaning to all the whys to whatever is written in the Bible. they aren't there just because God wants it, but because HE wants it for YOUR benefit.

So, young men and women of God, do pursue Holiness & pursue wholesomeness in His. God's will in your life is most important especially In your love story.

Mid-week reinforcements are necessary. Worshiping alone is difficult sometimes. Coming together and evolving as a community who Loves the Lord with all their hearts and all their souls and all their minds is an empowering experience.
