เมื่อเราตั้งนิมิตถึงองค์พุทธะ เราไม่ได้กำลังจินตนาการถึงพระพุทธเจ้าหรือพระโพธิสัตว์ภายนอก แต่เรากำลังปลุกธรรมชาติของพระพุทธเจ้าและปัญญาญาณดั้งเดิมที่มีอยู่ในตัวเรา
ในการปฏิบัติธรรมถึงองค์พุทธะ เราต้องฝึกฝน การตั้งนิมิตไม่ใช่การสร้างภาพลวงตา แต่เป็นกระบวนการที่ปล่อยให้จิตกลับคืนจากกระบวนการคิดเชิงนามธรรมสู่ธรรมชาติดั้งเดิม
เกี่ยวกับผู้สอน
เคนโป กุงกา สำเร็จการปฏิบัติปลีกวิเวกสามปีเมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายนที่ผ่านมา นี่เป็นการปฏิบัติปลีกวิเวกสามปี ครั้งที่ 2 ของท่าน โดยครั้งแรกท่านได้เข้าร่วมเมื่ออายุ 15 ปี ต่อมาท่านได้รับการศึกษาอย่างเข้มงวดที่วิทยาลัยสงฆ์จงซาร์ เป็นเวลา 11 ปี จนได้รับปริญญาเคนโป (เทียบเท่าปริญญาเอก) นับแต่นั้นมา ท่านได้เป็นหนึ่งในครูอาวุโสหลักในสายการปฏิบัติของท่านมินจูร์ รินโปเช ที่ได้เดินทางไปสอนคอร์สชีวิตที่เบิกบาน, มรรคาแห่งการหลุดพ้น และคัมภีร์มหามุทรา ที่เขียนโดยคุรุคนสำคัญในสายการปฏิบัติ
ท่านมินจูร์ รินโปเชเล่าว่า นับตั้งแต่ท่านกลับจากการจาริกปลีกวิเวก ท่านเคนโป กุงกาได้เข้าร่วมอบรมภาวนาซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า ท่านรินโปเชชื่นชมแรงขับเคลื่อนที่จริงใจของท่าน ที่เลือกฝึกปฏิบัติให้ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อประโยชน์ของสรรพสัตว์แม้จะมีตารางสอนแน่นก็ตาม และย้ำว่าความทุ่มเทอุทิศตนเช่นนี้เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในสายการปฏิบัติที่เน้นประสบการณ์

When we visualize the deity, we are not imagining an external Buddha or Bodhisattva. We are awakening the innate Buddha nature and primordial wisdom already present within us.
In the deity practice, one must train in the development stage.
The development stage is not about creating illusions —
it is the process of allowing the mind to return from conceptual elaboration to its original nature.
About the Instructor
Khenpo Kunga completed his three-year retreat on November 11, 2025. This is his second three-year retreat, the first of which he undertook at age fifteen. He later undertook eleven years of rigorous study at Dzongsar Shedra, earning his Khenpo degree (similar to a PhD). Since then, he has been one of the main senior teachers in Mingyur Rinpoche’s lineage, traveling widely to teach Joy of Living, Path of Liberation, and Mahamudra texts by great lineage masters.
Mingyur Rinpoche shared that ever since he returned from his wandering retreat, Khenpo Kunga had repeatedly requested to enter retreat again. Rinpoche praised his sincere motivation—choosing to deepen his practice for the benefit of beings despite a full teaching schedule—and emphasized that such dedication is essential in an experiential lineage.
Khenpo Kunga is known for combining intellectual clarity with deep experiential understanding, all offered with humor and warmth. His path reflects the authentic way of a practitioner seeking enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.
