Job Summary:
The Primary School of Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery seeks highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Mentors to support our academic programs. This role involves working closely with faculty, students, and staff to manage schedules, facilitate academic processes, and ensure the smooth operation and academic excellence of the school.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience more than 2 years in an academic administrative role, preferably as an Academic Coordinator or similar position.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and student information systems.
• Familiarity with academic regulations and quality assurance processes.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Support academic policy development and review.
• Manage academic schedules (timetables, exams, calendars).
• Coordinate with faculty on course materials and assessments.
• Serve as student point of contact for academic matters and registration.
• Maintain accurate academic records (grades, transcripts, course info).
• Assist with organizing academic events (seminars, workshops).
• Support faculty recruitment and onboarding.
• Facilitate communication between academic departments and admin.
• Prepare academic reports and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations.
