Dynamic Meditation -- 6:00-7:00 AM (Morning Session)
Kundalini Meditation -- 5:00-6:00 PM (Evening Session)
Beside these regular Meditations, other Meditations such as
Natraj, Chakra Sound, Nadbhramha, Anapansati etc are also done regularly. Every Saturday, we have a Satsang Program at 2:00 PM. Every first Saturday of the month, Ashram conducts the One Day Meditation Camp. We have Satsangs and Celebrations on every auspicious occasion such as Osho Birthday, Osho Enlightenment Day, Osho Mahaparinirvan Day, Guru Purnima, Budhha Purnima, Krishna Janmastami, Holi, Chhat, Teej and many more. Books and CD/DVDs are also available in the ashram. The ashram is open all the day so all the friends are invited to visit the place and have taste of the wonderful Meditations designed by our Beloved Master Osho. Besides the regular Meditations in the Ashram. this ashram also organizes the Meditation Camps regularly where people from all the area of Nepal and India participate.
