The Church's need is beyond description.
Before I address how to tackle this real need, first the following:
Following the Reformation and in the decades that followed, the Roman Catholic Church continued along its own path of symbolic religion.
The Protestant Church began to distance itself ever further from the rulers in Rome.
Unfortunately, the Protestant leaders of the time were not truly and fully awakened by the ecclesiastical revolution. Throughout the Reformation, many practices from the past were carried over.
The fact that the Protestants increasingly distanced themselves from Roman Catholicism led to a Reformed church full of doctrinal rules and dogmas, which meant that, as a result of this division, the Holy Spirit of God was also unable to be fully realised.
