We’re so excited to see what our kids have to say in our upcoming Sunday Gathering ☀️

There is much holyness in imagination: everything that is here, exists because of it. As we dream of greener lands, cleaner waters and peaceful futures, imagination is a magical ingredient we need in greately to help get us there. And if there's one group that has it within them in abundance, it's young people.

Trees are being cut down? Let's invent blade-melting shields for trees🌲
The fashion industry is out of control? Let us just be naked 🕶
Too many planes flying around? Let's listen to the stories of our neighbours 🌎They'll probably take us somewhere we've never been before.

See? All great ideas have to start somewhere... and with a little bit of imagination.

Joining us at our Sunday Morning Gathering this Sunday is author .

He will be reading from his latest book: Jaguarman. A powerful retelling of the history of the former Dutch colony Suriname, trough the eyes of one of Raoul’s ancestors, a medicine man from the Amazon rainforest, who had the power to turn himself into a jaguar. It was nominated for the Libris Prize and the European Union Prize for Literature.

In our upcoming Sunday Morning Gathering, we're blessed to have leading the once more.

There'll be lots of talking and exchanging at the gathering. But if you’re curious about singing for (a) change, you'll be glad to hear that everyone is invited to join the choir.

Nick Demeris will host a joyful music workshop/rehearsal on Saturday the 29th in the afternoon: from 11.30 for new members, and12.30 for existing members) until 17.30. At our Sunday Morning Gathering on the 30th, we will perform together with artists at .

Sweet people! Want to sing your heart out with us?! Join the Climate Choir, starting in Amsterdam.

For two weeks, we’ll work with the amazing Nick Demeris who’s coming to Amsterdam especially for the CCC. He worked with Bobby McFerrin (“Don’t Worry, be Happy”), performs at Carnegie Hall and all around the world, and now we will collaborate with him to create original music to inspire... action. And ourselves, too!

In the workshops (Location: Tolhuistuin garden, Amsterdam) we will reinvent songs we love (did I hear anyone say Beyoncé?!), build an ensemble and create awesome harmonies.

Sunday 18 September 14.00 - 16.00
Wednesday 21 September 19.30 - 21.30
Friday 23 September 19.30 - 21.30
