Summary of Today's Message - 17th May, 2020
Rev. Dr. Tunde Adeshina
Topic: God Thinking About You
Text: Jeremiah 29:11; Philip 4:8: Prov. 3:5-6
God is thinking about you. People may not think about you, Government's palliative may not get to you, but there is someone sitted in heaven who said He is thinking about you. His thought for you is not of evil, death, disease, affliction and dread, but of peace and to give you a glorious future and hope (that maketh not ashamed).
The thought of God surpass that of any other, including the thinking you have towards yourself. Who are these thinkers:
1. The thinking of the world for you - the world into which you are born: the end result of the thinking of a World that lieth in wickedness has towards you is to make you hate God, love the world, be part of her and become an enemy of God (1John 5:19; Jn 15:18-19; 1 Jn. 2:15-17)
2. Your Parents: your parent's thought towards you is very selfish, it is for their own pleasure. (Heb 12:10). Their thoughts are limited to their resources (Luke 11:11-13 cp Eph 3:20). Your parents may forsake you, even your mother may forget you (Psalm 27:10; Isa 49:15)
3. Your Siblings. Your brothers, sisters, and other relations also think about you, but their thoughts are full of hatred and jealousy, especially when you are doing better than them. Remember Cain and Abel, Esau and Jacob, Joseph and brethren, David and his brothers. Moses was not spared in the hands of his sister and brother.
4. Your friends. Their thoughts are to get you do as they do. It's a life of peer group influence. Remember what Jonadab did to Amnom teaching him to lay with his half sister Tarmar. Friends entice to get you out of the perfect will of God for your life. The friends of Dinah showed her the way to her destruction.
5. The thought you have for your self. If you are not in Christ, you have not totally surrendered your life to Jesus, the Bible says your heart is deceitful and desperately wicked. (Jer 17:9) from that heart also proceed what governs your thinking (Matt 15:19-20)
6. The devil. Satan's thought towards you is to steal, kill, destroy, bring you shame, and to ultimately spend eternity with him in hell. (John 10:10; Matt 25:41)
7. The thought of God Almighty.
It is of salvation (John 3:16) and to with Jesus give you everything that pertains to life and godliness. (Rom 8:32)
God is love, His help is sure and reliable, He promised never to leave nor forsake you.
Come now, return to God, start thinking about this God who is daily thinking about you so that you can attract His goodness. His goodness will bestow upon you Mercy that will lead you in The WAY, which ultimately will grant you to fulfil destiny. In the end you will make it also to Heaven.
Prayer.
Please pray for yourself today, that God save you from the hands of those thinking for you.
Return now, invite Jesus into your life to direct your path into God's plan and purpose for your life.

Summary of Today's message. Sunday 10/5/2020
Rev. Dr. Tunde Adeshina
Topic: The inescapable Mission of Jesus Christ
Texts: John 10:17-18; Heb 12:1-4; Rev. 5:12;
1. Escape Impossibility
It was possible for Jesus to escape, forfeit, forsake, refuse, reject, fled, resist the suffering and death of the cross. But because He knew the importance of every process, and for the joy that was set before Him He endured the cross, despising the shame. May God give you vision of what lies at the end of your divine pursuits in life. You certainly will not give in to any distraction. Were Dinah to have the understanding of her becoming the Mother of our Saviour, she would not have messed up with Shechem. Joseph saw a vision of greatness and he was able to resist Potiphar's wife from scutling his destiny.
Jesus is a good Shepherd, He loved the Sheep that was stolen, disconnected from it's owner and He decided to lay down His life to ensure that this sheep receive life and life in abundance and be eternally reconnected back to His maker. (John 10:10)
Jesus saw Himself becoming the Saviour of mankind, revoking the curse of the law, becoming the only way back to God, His blood will cleanse the heavens and the earth, all power in heaven and Earth will belong to Him. He saw it coming, the wounds, chastisement, the bruises, the stripes, the mockery, the cross carrying, the cruel death if the cross. He prayed that the cup pass over Him, but thank God as He looked unto His Father, He quickly remembered it is in this that the Father Loved Him, then He said, Not my will let your will be done. May God's will be done in your life in Jesus name. At another instance He said, He is able to command legion of angels to come to His rescue, but He did not. Hallelujah, Jesus went all the way to Calvary and collected for us from the hand of Satan all the Seven blessings and benefits of Sonship he stole from us - power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing. (Rev (5:1-12)
2. Examples of Men Who Escaped
- Elijah defended himself from dying (2 Kings 1:9-13
- Elisha brought blindness upon those who sought after his life 2 Kings 6:14-23
-. Peter received deliverance from the the sword of Herod Acts 12
-. The 3 Hebrew Boys from the fire of Nebuchadnezzar Dan. 3
- Daniel from the lions' den Dan 6
-. Paul escaped using a basket and at another time using 900 armed men Acts 9:25; 23:12-23
-. Peter and John miraculously released Acts 5:17-25
-. Paul and Silas also had a great deliverance Acts 16:19-30
For Jesus, there was no deliverance, no way of escape, it is for this singular assignment that He came. Praise God He endured all.
3. End-User Implications
1 Cor 10:11-12
The lessons to learn from this inescapable mission of Jesus Christ are as follows
a. You are called to follow in His steps 1 Pet. 2:21; you must work worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing. Your meat must be to do the will of God and finish it, no SHORT CUT
b. To daily carry your cross and follow Jesus Christ in order to be His disciple. He never came to make converts, but disciples. Converts can't go far, can't endure sound teachings and hardness. They soon go back, with their, this is a hard saying, who can hear it. They want God's word watered down to make them live anyhow, ever learning and never coming to the knowledge of the truth.
c. Braze up for tribulations, for through it we shall enter into God's kingdom. (Acts 14:22) Yea if any man will live godly in Christ Jesus He will suffer persecution. When the trials, troubles and persecutions come, you are enjoined to look unto Jesus the author of your faith, consider always, Jesus, so you don't stop your journey half way. It is a race unto destiny set before you, you will make it to the end in Jesus name.
d. Persevere to complete the program that leads to hope that maketh not ashamed. (Rom. 5:1-5). There is a call not to rejoice only in the glory of salvation, but to also rejoice in tribulation because it will teach us patience. We must be patient in our walk with God to obtain the promise (Heb 10:36). Patience will bring about experience, this experience is what is needed to be a blessing to someone out there as a Christian. It's not enough to know the theory of the Bible, but to also have experiences of how we went through and how God helped us, testimonies- the consolation you received must be passed unto others for their own testimonies too. Praise God
e. It our month of recovery and completeness. When all the above mentioned implications work in your life, Satan and his cohorts will see you are called by the name of the Lord, they will fear you (Deut 28:10). Whatever they steal or have stolen will be restored back to you in folds.
Let us pray
If you have not given your life to Christ please do that now, so that you can obtain and partake in the full blessing Jesus received for us in His possible accomplished mission on Earth. Ask Jesus to forgive your sins, come into your life and be your Lord and personal Savior,
For those of us that have been saved by grace, take heed lest you fall. Ask for grace to persevere unto the end.

Part 2. Resurrection Day Error: power of Remembrance
Sub Topic: Antidote to loss of Remembrance
Last week we established that there was a lock down on the day of Resurrection, all because the Disciples forgot to remember what Jesus told them before He went to Calvary to die. That the place of meeting for a joyous HALLELUYA celebration is in GALILEE. Owing to this loss of remembrance, they all committed error, the women went seeking the dead among the living, the Disciples scattered, some went back to their past lives. What a colossal lockdown of a glorious celebration of our emancipation from curse and a reconnection back to God through the Power of resurrection. Celebration ceased. But thank God, Jesus knows our frame, He understands our forgetful life, and how we easily can give in to distractions. So He told us that it is expedient that He go away, and when He is gone, He will send unto us A HELPER. Praise God our Helper is here The Holy Spirit.
He is here to put us in remembrance of ALL things that God has said unto us through His Son. To make us bold, walk in the spirit, help us to fulfil destiny, help us to have an undeniable answered prayer life, help us to worship God in spirit and in truth. He will also help you to be willing and to do the will of God. He will reveal all things to you, you will be able to conform to the standards of God, He will quicken you and anoint you for service.
How to Have the Holy Spirit
1. Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ Acts 2:38
2. Seek to daily obey God Acts 5:32
3. Desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Thirst and hunger for Him John 7:37-39, Mark 11:24
4. Ask in faith for the Holy Spirit Luke 11:11-13
5. Make up your mind to want to live and walk in the Holy Spirit Gal. 5:16,25
Prayer
1.Lord I surrender my life to you today to benefit from the promise of the Holy Spirit
2. Oh Lord forgive my past life of disobedience, wherever I missed it and the Holy Spirit left me, please forgive me, and return. I cannot do anything without the Holy Spirit my Helper.
3. Lord I receive grace to obey you, to live and walk in the Holy Spirit

Resurrection Morning Error: Power of Remembrance
Rev. Tunde Adeshina
Text: Luke 24:1-34, Mark 14:28, Matt. 22:29, Prov. 3:5-6
A careful analysis of the fallout on the Resurrection Morning. The disciples had a problem of remembering what Jesus told them. He told them He will rise on the third day and they are to meet Him at Galilee, not at the sepulchre, not at the Sea of Tiberias and not at Emmaus.
A singular mistake of not remembering this word, led the women to embark on a fruitless journey to the tomb, a wasted endeavour that was counter productive. Because it resulted in the disciples turning the good news of Jesus' resurrection to idle tales (fairy tales) and they said they don't believe it. In the long run, the women were rebuked for their search of the living among the dead, Peter went afishing, became naked again (stripped of the garment of glory), the two disciples displayed a life of spiritual blindness, which earned them a rebuke also from Jesus. He called them foolish and slow of heart to understand.
The resurrection morning that should be heralded with a shout of Hallelujah in Galillee, ended up a day of confusion, rebuke, misdirection and sadness.
What happened here is typical of us today in the body of Christ. If we take to heart all that Jesus' resurrection is to us, we are to maximize the "All Power" that Jesus got and gave to us ruling our world. We should be doing what Jesus is doing and even greater than He has done. All things should be possible unto us, now that we claim we believe. Miracles signs and wonders are supposed to be following us, unfortunately we are the ones today pursuing after miracles, signs and wonders. Christians wake UP, REMEMBER WHAT GOD SAID TO YOU. stop being ever learning never coming to the knowledge of the truth. We are faced with challenges, trials, difficult times, COVID 19, unfortunately, we resort to seeking solution where is no one, we give in to drawing back to a previous life, or at most resign to fate instead of remembering what God have said concerning that matter. There is no trouble that we are confronted with today that has no solution in the word of God. That matter you are battling with wants to hear what is written, and when you fail to show you have understanding of what is said, you will commit error and no power of God will be demonstrated.
Only Joshua and Caleb fulfilled Joshua 1:8, they prospered and had good success. They were the only two that entered the promised land out of all that came out of Egypt. They remembered and declared the word of God in the face of difficulty and impossibility.
The word of God will work for you only when you sanctify the word in your heart, then can you answer to every question that threatens your existence. (1 Peter 3:15).
Surrender to Jesus now, let Him come into your life, allow Him live His life in you. Make up your mind to obey Him, make conscious effort to study the word daily to make yourself approved a workman who needs not be ashamed. You will be translated into glory.
God bless you as you respond to God's demand over your life. Exalt His Word above whatever challenge that has a name, let Him receive the GLORY due Him. All things are very possible as you cooperate with God (believe His word, act His word, and declare it - it will be established)
SHALLOM.
