Bismillâhir-Rahmânir-Rahîm
Allâhu lâ ilâha illâ huwal Hayyul-Qayyum, lâ ta'khuzuhû sinatun walâ nawm, lahû mâ fissamâwâti wamâ fil ardhi. Man dhallazî yashfau indahû illâ bi idhnihî, ya'lamu mâ bay-na aydîhim wamâ khalfahum, walâ yuhîdûna bishayin min ilmihî illâ bimâ shâa, wasi'a kursiyyuhussamawati wal ardh wala yaûduhû hıfzuhumâ wa Huwal aliyyul adhîm.

Translation:

Allah! there is no Allah but He - the living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

*Tahajjud and New Year Celebration*

A Muslim friend sent a message to me just now thanking Allah for sparing our lives so far, and wishing me Happy New Year (2019) in advance. I called and reminded him that I am a Muslim and that 2019 is not a new year for Muslims. It's a new Gregorian calendar year instituted by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582.

Surprisingly, my friend doesn't know that we Muslims are in Rabiu Thani 1440AH. He went further telling me that end of the year Special prayer/ Tahajjud to usher in January 2019 will be held in their community mosque and that the prayer is being planned by their Imam and Alfas to thank Allah for sparing their lives and to pray for success and prosperity in the new year, 2019.

My brothers and sisters in Islam, this is the stage of Islamic awareness in Nigeria among us Muslims. Obviously many of us don't understand our religion and those who are supposed to educate us are not better, they are even worst. They are opportunists and predators exploiting every situation to extort money from their congregation. They are there among many of our Imams and Alfas.

Let me repeat. January 1 is not the beginning of the new year in Islam. It is Muharram. January is the beginning of the Christian new year. Muslims therefore should not organise any special prayer or Tahajjud to usher in 2019. Doing so is falling into Kufr.

Let us watch out and keep our Islamic culture and identity sacrosanct. After all Qur'an 5:48 has clarified it. Let's hear the clarion call as sounded in Qur'an 2:208.

SUBHANALLAH !!!

PROFESSOR IBRAHIM AHMAD MAQARY SAID,

Do you know why it is forbidden to fly over the Kaaba, and there is no airport in Mecca?*
The information will surprise you.
This is the information that has brought a lot of people to Islam.

The Kaaba is the center of the earth. It lies in the middle of the earth without any deviation or deformation. And because it is the center of gravity, it naturally attracts the magnetic charges in this place. This is the first point to welcome the sunrise.

For these reasons and the fact that the Kaaba is the center of gravity on the Earth, a center of attraction and confluence of the cosmic rays of gravity on the Earth's surface, the vacuum zone in the layers of air. It is therefore, impossible to fly over the Ka'abah, either by birds or even airplanes because it is a magnetic center of attraction.
This is indeed confirmed by the science that planes and birds can not fly over the Kaaba because of the magnetic attraction. And this is why, of course, in Saudi Arabia there is no airport in the city of Mecca.
This also explains why, despite the large number of birds in surrounding of the Kaaba, they only fly around the Kaaba, not above it!

It should be noted that the Kaaba is the light of the earth. The light that comes from the Kaaba crosses the space and across the sky, to the light at the house of Allah in the sky, (that's baytul Ma'mour) which is perpendicular to the house of Allah in the world (that is, the Ka'abah on the land).

Glory be to Allah, and Exalted is He from what they associate with Him.

I am lying on the bed. My children, brothers and sisters are all sitting by my bedside. Some close friends too are standing and overlooking my face. Suddenly I start breathing with long breaths. Someone among the people sitting in the room. Everyone around repeats with the reciter. My breath starts to ease out. I am opening my eyes and looking at something. Angel of death has arrived. I am getting late for the eternal journey. My mouth has opened up. My brother is dropping some water into my mouth, it is perhaps the "Zam Zam" water which I had preserved for the very moment.
Then everyone starts to recite, "Laa'ilaaha illallaaha Muhammadur Rasoolullaah". I have lost my vision. I have lost my tongue, I have even lost my sensation but I can still hear. I can hear my loved ones weeping in grief. I'm not dead yet but I am almost lifeless. Angel of death makes the final act and takes my soul out with an intensive jerk. I have now left this world.
All my wealth, cars, properties, bank balances, contacts and connections are of no use now. My identity is my grave and I am being referred to as 'dead body'. My near ones are preparing my grave and some of them think it as inauspicious to keep the dead body inside the house for too long. The house which I myself built and lived in is shrinking in space for me. My bath is being prepared. I am taken out in the compound for the final bath. My bathroom fitted with expensive bath fittings is not for me now.
I am being wrapped in the white cotton shroud. I am boxed in a wooden box for the travel to my grave. My expensive car is not for me now.
For what then did I amass so many worthless things. Why did I lie to earn the useless wealth. It is of no use to me. Woe to me for I wasted my life in vain. I forgot that my last journey is near and certain. Why did I sin so much ? Oh! I have lost my game.
Now stop imagining This is going to happen one day with you and me. So be prepared. Good deeds will make your journey and the life of the Hereafteru pleasant. Remember death. It is certain. It is so near. This world is just a short dream..... WAKE UP B4 ITS TOO LATE!
A Beautiful Hadith
Rasulullah ( ﺻﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ) said:
'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased. When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job.. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise '. Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief..' When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.
Rasulullah( ﺻﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.
We are praying that the following message in the next seven days would reach at least FIVE MILLION Muslims all over the world, In sha-Allah . Please forward this message TODAY to your friends and relatives and earn abundant Rewards from
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ...

As part of kindness, if the wife asks her husband for allowances for breastfeeding her children from him, then he should try to pay her, Evidence of allowances for breastfeeding. Almighty says: Then if they give suck to the children for U, give them their due payment. Q65:6

The Prophet ص would say, "The best among u is he who is kindest to his wife & I m kindest to my wife". No so-called Feminism can beat this.

As wife, your husband is neither a messenger nor an aide. He deserves ur massive respect for his spending etc. Imagine ur life without him?

The attitude of "I am always right" by both husband & wife, brings about chaos & pandemonium in marital life. No one of U is infallible, pls

Both husband & wife must be convinced that to err is human. They must be ready to serve as a mirror to one another. Accept when corrected.

Wives naturally, like to be praised for, their adornment, marital r/ship & cooking. Always remember to say to her "U are superb & Unique"
