LET US ALSO GREET OUR DEAR PARISH PRIESTS THIS FATHER'S DAY!

As we honor fathers today, let us not forget our parish priests who faithfully embrace the beautiful vocation of spiritual fatherhood. Though they do not have children of their own, they dedicate their lives to caring for God's family. They celebrate our joys, comfort us in our sorrows, guide us in moments of confusion, and tirelessly lead us closer to Christ through the sacraments and the proclamation of the Gospel.

Like loving fathers, priests teach, correct, encourage, and pray for their flock. They stand with us during life's most important momentsβ€”from Baptism to Holy Communion, from weddings to times of sickness and grief. Their ministry is often accompanied by hidden sacrifices, long hours of service, and countless prayers offered for the people entrusted to their care.

This Father's Day, let us thank our parish priests for their generosity, dedication, and unwavering commitment to God's people. Let us also remember to pray for them, that they may remain faithful, joyful, and strengthened in their mission. May St. Joseph, the foster father of Jesus and patron of the Universal Church, intercede for them and inspire them to continue serving with humility, courage, and fatherly love.

JUNE 21 IS FATHER'S DAY
Today, we celebrate and honor all fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, priests, and father figures who have guided, protected, and loved us through the years.

A father's love is often expressed not only through words but through sacrifice, hard work, quiet strength, and unwavering dedication to his family. They carry burdens so their loved ones may flourish, offer wisdom in times of uncertainty, and stand as pillars of support through life's joys and challenges.

As we celebrate Father's Day, let us take a moment to thank God for the gift of our fathers. Let us appreciate their efforts, cherish the lessons they have taught us, and pray for their health, happiness, and spiritual well-being.

For those whose fathers have already returned to the Lord, may this day also be a time of grateful remembrance. May God reward them for all the love and sacrifices they made, and grant them eternal peace.

A Prayer for Fathers

O Saint Aloysius, adorned with angelical manners, although I am thy unworthy servant, I recommend to thee in an especial manner the chastity of my soul and body; I conjure thee, by thy angelical purity, to commend me to Jesus Christ, the spotless Lamb, and to His most holy Mother, the Virgin of virgins.
