Discuss the Attributes of a Generation That Seeks God
They hunger for the pure truth of God’s Word: They value Scripture, study it diligently, and allow it to shape their lives. They do not settle for opinions or deception but pursue the truth that transforms. (Hebrews 4:12; 2 Timothy 2:15–16)
They make prayer a lifestyle: Prayer is not an occasional activity but a daily dependence on God. They remain connected to Him through consistent fellowship and intercession. (Luke 18:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Luke 2:36–38)
They practice self-denial: They are willing to lay aside selfish desires, take up their cross, and follow Christ wholeheartedly. Their lives are surrendered to God’s will above personal comfort. (Luke 9:23–25; Mark 8:34–35; Romans 12:1–2; Colossians 3:1–3)
They pursue holiness as a lifestyle: They desire purity in heart, speech, and conduct. They understand that intimacy with God requires a life set apart unto Him. (Psalm 15:1–5; Psalm 24:3–4; Hebrews 12:14–17)
They yield to the leadership of the Holy Spirit: They allow the Holy Spirit to guide their decisions, convictions, and direction in life. (Romans 8:14)
They maintain fervency, consistency, and embrace sacrifice: They remain steadfast in their devotion, even when it is costly. They understand that spiritual impact requires discipline, endurance, and sacrifice. (2 Timothy 2:1–4)

Is your life a womb that can birth a generation for God?
Conclusion
The generation that seeks God is not formed by chance. It is the result of lives drawn by God, shaped through discipleship, and committed to seeking His face. When believers live this way, they do not only impact their own time they build a legacy of faith that influences generations to come. God is still searching for men and women today whose lives can become the spiritual foundation from which a generation that seeks Him will arise.
May He find us faithful and worthy, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
