Celebrating 9 Years of Unusual Grace

The Channah Ministry Story!

Happy 9th Anniversary to Channah Ministry!

As we celebrate this milestone, I find myself in a unique position to testify to the extraordinary grace that has covered this ministry since its birth on May 14, 2017. That specific date remains a covenant reminder to me that God is always present and working, even in His moments of silence.

The journey didn’t begin in 2017; it was built on decades of devotion. Pastor Abiye Dickson, a humble servant of God, served fervently at Living Faith Church for nine years, followed by another decade under one of our fathers of faith at Bestlife Christian Ministry in Bayelsa.
After 19 years of selfless service, on November 12, 2016, he shared with me that it was time to step out and begin the Love and Restoration Mandate. Looking around, we had no physical resources to start with, but as his spouse and partner in ministry, I pledged to go to any length with him. I assured him: “If God has called you, the supply is certain.”

Following due ministerial process, we were officially blessed and launched out by Apostle Durosola Moyo-Peters on May 7, 2017. I still carry the prophetic words he spoke over us that day:
"You have served faithfully; and because you have been faithful, you shall be fruitful. God will bless and prosper you."

True to those words, God’s favor began to manifest immediately. We had originally planned to wait three months to gather resources, but El-Channah had other plans: We heard of a space beside E-Perry hotel being vacated by a supermarket. We inspected it on a Saturday morning with nothing but faith. Without a single cent deposited for the 550,000 Naira rent, the agent handed us the keys and told us to start service the very next day, May 14, and pay whenever we could. While I was buying cleaning tools that same Saturday, a woman we had previously pastored saw me. Upon hearing the news, the Holy Spirit moved her to become our "publicity officer" that very evening.

We expected only our family to be present for the inception service. Instead, God brought 47 people, including passersby, to join us.
The miracles didn’t stop there. On February 5, 2022 just five years later God transitioned us into our own permanent facility. To this day, we cannot fully explain how that structure was raised and roofed in just five months; it was purely a work of the Divine.
Since our inception, God has been raising for Himself an end time Army.

Our story has been defined by one word: GRACE!
We return all the glory to the Almighty God, the faithful rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

We ought you to be part of this year Grace Outpouring Thursday; 14th May 2026 as we all need GRACE in this dispensation to reach the goal of the kingdom.

God has been gracious to us as a people, and He’s set to pour out more grace to all attendees.
