*5 STRUCTURES YOU MUST SET WHEN YOUR MINISTRY IS GROWING.*
Now, is it possible for a ministry to grow and come down? Yes! This happens because we don't know what step to take.
Sometimes, we are carried away by the numbers and applause. Don't be deceived by numbers, invitations or platforms. Here are things to do:
1. MENTORSHIP STRUCTURE
Don't celebrate increase in members or invitations. Start setting a mentorship program around your assignment.
You should do this both physically and online. God is not just sending you to a crowd of people. Those who should support the vision must emerge from that crowd.
2. WORKERS/LEADERS TRANINING STRUCTURE
Jesus didn't just feed the 5000 and 4000. He had disciples. When He resurrected, He came back for those disciples to train them for 40 days. It's time to develop manuals for every leadership training.
When you're growing in ministry, God is saying train the people for the vision and not for the applause.
3. PRAYER STRUCTURE
Set a system in which men will consistently pray for the vision, either daily or some days every week.
Let them fast also. Your prayer is not the only work that should be done. Have people who are focused on praying for the vision, whether onsite or online.
4. FINANCIAL STRUCTURE
When ministry begins to grow, you need to start a periodic system of saving. You also need to spend wisely and have a budget for programs.
This is how I spend: if anything is not in the top 20% priority of the ministry, it should not take a huge percentage of the ministry finance.
5. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
You cannot do everything. You can't be everywhere at the same time. It is time to set a leadership that helps you focus on the assignment more.
