ANNOUNCEMENT
The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board wishes to inform the general public that it will conduct its annual enlightenment programme (BITA) on the Hajj exercise at the zonal level.
In view of the above, all intending pilgrims for the 2026 Hajj from the respective zones are hereby invited to attend this important programme, which will be held across the three zones as follows:
SOUTHERN ZONE
Venue: Shendam Central Mosque
Date: 18th April, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: Wase Central Mosque (Opposite Emir’s Palace, Wase)
Date: 19th April, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
CENTRAL ZONE
Venue: Kanam Multipurpose Hall, Dangi
Date: 20th April, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: Mangu Central Mosque
Date: 21st April, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
NORTHERN ZONE
Venue: Barikin Ladi Izala Central Mosque, Quata
Date: 22nd April, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: Jos Central Mosque

Venue: Bassa Central Mosque

This programme is designed to educate and sensitise intending pilgrims on the proper rites and requirements for performing an acceptable and rewarding Hajj. Attendance is therefore strongly advised for all intending pilgrims.
