Theme: The Worth of a Lost but Found Soul
A lost soul is one that has wandered away from the love of God, drifting into darkness and separation from His grace. Yet, in His infinite mercy, God does not abandon the lost. Instead, He seeks them, calling them back into His loving embrace.
Luke 19:10 (KJV) declares, "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." This verse encapsulates the heart of Jesus' mission—restoring those who have strayed. No soul is ever beyond redemption, and no distance is too great for God's love to reach.
In Luke 7:23-27, Jesus speaks of John the Baptist, the one sent to prepare the way for the Messiah. Just as John’s message called people to repentance, Jesus Himself extends the invitation to all who are lost. He does not condemn but seeks to restore, proving that the worth of a lost soul is immeasurable in the eyes of God.
The moment a lost soul is found, heaven rejoices (Luke 15:7). It is not the past that defines them but the grace that redeems them. A soul once lost but now found becomes a testimony of God’s boundless mercy and transformative power.
If you feel lost, know that Jesus is seeking you. If you have been found, your worth is now wrapped in His love, a love that never fades and never fails.
