Continuing from last week.
Topic: Faith the key to answered prayers.

Today I want to say,
Faith gives birth to favor
Faith gives birth to testimonies.
So, we must have faith in the God we serve.
Last week, we looked at our text in Heb11 vs 1 which says, Now Faith is being sure of what we do not see. When God speaks, His word never return to Him void. It must accomplish the purpose why it is sent. By Faith, you should believe that what you ask in prayers will happen because it certainly will, doubt will not make it actualize.
Only faithful people can please God. The grace, favor and Salvation we have today is through Faith.
Without Faith, you cannot receive miracles.
Faith changes lives through prayers and repentance. It is only Faith that can transform you.
You can only forgive yourself if you have faith that God has forgiven you. The woman with the issue of blood received her healing through Faith cause she believed that if she could touch the hem of Jesus garment she would be healed.
Peter was able to heal the cripple at the beautiful gate by Faith.
Faith prepares the ground for miracles.
The bible says Faith without works is dead. James 2 vs 17
Prayer is the master key.
Even if you have faith, you have to back that faith up with prayers because it is the it that God is going to direct you to what you seek.

A Taste of Today's Service Grace Living Bible Church.

Topic: Faith the key to answered prayers.
Text: Heb11 vs 1
Preacher: Revd Paulson Odu.
Today, we will tag the word Faith as "unreasonable trust" since many people cannot look into their lives and see the works of God because they lack Faith, they forget to thank God for the things He has done and in doubt ask for more.
Hew 11: 1 says Now Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary
Faith is a feeling, conviction or belief that something is true or real without having evidence.

Other definitions of faith.
1. Faith itself is the trust in one's ability through the help of God to be able to deliver or do what is expected.

2. Faith is the belief in the power and efficacy of God.

3. Faith is obedience to the things of the spirit.

4. Confessing the positive and discarding fear and intimidation. It also relates to the confidence you have in yourself.

Conclusively on The Visionary

From Amos Chapter 3 verse 3-7, it says;
3. Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
4. Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?
5. Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?
6. Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
7. Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Using the characters from the forest, all their actions are a reason, a lion cannot not waste his strength to roar if there nothing to roar for.
That's an attribute of a visionary, he is a man that knows what he is doing. And doesn't invests his time on fruitless events or meetings.

Quality Of A Visionary
1. He is a focused man
2. He is not a proud man
3. He is not a time waster
4. He is no event man
5. He doesn't satisfy the society
6. He his committed
7. He is a proactive man
8. He is bold and fearless
9. He is a man of great faith
10. He is a man with purpose

THE VISIONARY

Habakkuk in the bible was a minor prophet who was privileged to write for the benefit of me and you.

Who is a visionary??
- A visionary is a man who by spiritual exposition is able to tell what his later life will be irrespective of his age.
- A visionary is one who can envision the future.
-A visionary is an upright man.

No visionary can actualise when he fails to listen or when he's too busy to listen to instructions.
A visionary doesn't approach things the way other's do; that's why people see them as mad men.

Habakkuk 2 vs 1-3
1. I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint. [ a ]
2“Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. [ b ] For the revelation awaits an appointed time;
3it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it;it will certainly come [ c ]and will not delay.
