I want to use this medium to express love to the man of God,
Prophet Jeremiah Omoto fufeyin of the Christ mercyland and deliverance ministries located in Warri, Delta state, for the fire outbreak that took place in the church of Christ.
Glory be to God no lives were lost.
I want you to know that a man can be a friend of God and yet face temptations and trials.
Our trial makes our faith to grow the more, trials is the soil which faith flourishes.
Remember the words of our lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in John 16 vs 33.
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."
I pray and encourage you to be strong in faith in carrying the cross as the lord said, " if any man must follow me; he must pick up the cross and follow me."
According to Matthew 16 vs 24
"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, if any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."
I know at this point in time it's painful to see where the people of God gather together experience this kind of fire outbreak, we thank God that no lives were lost, for sparing the
lives of the members and workers and also your family.
As a church I want us to remember the words of our lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 16 vs 18
"And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
Keep on with the good works of the kingdom of God.
I want you and the entire church to know that the church Jesus is talking about is beyond the building,
We are the church of Christ, and we carry Christ own church in our hearts and soul.
