If you want to become a good communicator, you must acknowledge that your position or title will not keep people engaged. You need to raise the bar for yourself and start developing skills that make others want to listen to you! When you develop relationships with people, you will sense a shift in them from having to listen to you to wanting to listen to you because people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
