Did you know modesty is a form of worship? I feel it is a form of worship that too many Christians have strayed from. You can still be stylish and cover your body. There are many scriptures in the Bible about modesty. Our body is a Holy Temple that should be respected. God never intended for women to dress as Hollywood does. Did you know one reason why some women gravitate to Islam is because of the modesty? They don't understand how some Christians can expose so much and still be close to God. Honestly, I don't really believe you can. The closer you get to Jesus, the more conviction you have. The more conviction you have, the more you see the world from God's perspective instead of the world's perspective. Modesty is not only an issue for women. Men should dress modestly too. I believe we focus on women more because generally, they are more immodest than men. I am posting this out of love and conviction. I pray that more women begin to respect their bodies as a temple and dress modestly. It won't cramp your style or make you feel less beautiful. It'll actually improve self image, bring you closer to God and you and others will respect you more. I pray that God will help you receive and understand this message in the same way the Lord intended for me to share it. Below, I will post some scriptures about modesty for your reference. Have a great day! -- Maegan
