DAY ONE : 4TH AKA AREA CONVENTION
​May 22, 2026

​The convention opened with a beautiful reminder from Pastor E. O. Essang: we aren't meant to walk this journey alone. The day was dedicated to exploring "The Communion of the Holy Spirit with Believers," shifting our focus from self-reliance to a heartfelt dependence on God.
​
​The teaching centered on two beautiful truths: Relationship and Fellowship. While relationship gives us our identity, fellowship gives us intimacy.

Key Scriptures:

​Genesis 32:30: Highlighting personal encounters with God.

​2 Corinthians 13:11–14: Focusing on the grace, love, and communion of the Godhead.

​THE HOLY SPIRIT’S ROLE:
​He dwells within us as a constant companion.

​He communicates with us in every area of life.

​He distributes the blessings and "things" we need to thrive.

We were created to depend on God, not on ourselves.
