2026 Uyo Diocesan Youth Conference.

The Lutheran Church of Nigeria, Uyo Diocesan Youth Fellowship, is pleased to officially announce the 2026 Uyo Diocesan Youth CONFERENCE.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and unwavering support following the postponement of the CONFERENCE earlier scheduled for February due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for standing with us and waiting patiently as preparations were made for a successful gathering.

This Year's CONFERENCE Is Themed:

"IN HIS PRESENCE" (1 Chronicles 16:27)

The conference will hold from Friday, 26th June to Saturday, 27th June, 2026, at The Lutheran Church of Nigeria, Ekpene Ukim District Headquarters.

Sessions will commence by 6:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM on Saturday.

We warmly invite all youths to come and experience a refreshing time of divine encounters in God's presence as we Share ideas towards the growth of our Dear Fellowship.

To God be the glory for the successful conclusion of the LCN Afia Nsit Convention.

Under the theme, "Christ for You: A Catalyst for Change — Touch Him," God's people gathered in worship, fellowship, and spiritual renewal, experiencing the transforming power of Christ through His Word and grace.

As we reflect on the blessings of the convention, we pray that its impact will continue to bear fruit in our lives and congregations.

THE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF NIGERIA
FIRST SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY

TRUST IN CHRIST, THE TRUE RIGHTEOUSNESS

TEXT: ROMANS 4:13–25

On this First Sunday after Trinity, we are reminded that righteousness comes through faith in Jesus Christ and not by our own works or efforts.

In his letter to the Romans, Apostle Paul teaches that God's promise was fulfilled through faith, just as Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness. This same promise is available to all who place their trust in Christ.

As believers, we are called to depend fully on God's grace, confident that through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have been justified and made right before God.

May our faith remain steadfast, and may we continually trust in Christ, the true righteousness, in every season of life.

TO HIM BE ALL GLORY. AMEN.

Worship, prayers, and the ministry of the Word continued on Day 2 of the LCN Afia Nsit Internal Convention with the theme CHRIST FOR YOU, A CATALYST FOR CHANGE, TRUST HIM, as members gathered in God's presence

It was a meaningful time of fellowship and spiritual growth, with hearts strengthened in faith.

We look forward with expectation to the grand finale of the convention, as the church gathers in thanksgiving and celebration of God’s faithfulness.
