No matter what season of grief, pain, or stagnation you find yourself in today, remember this divine promise: **God is in the business of wiping away tears.** He doesn’t just see your pain; He moves with compassion to change your story!
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." —
Revelation 21:4
4 Powerful Biblical Examples of God Wiping Away Tears
When God steps into a situation, weeping may endure for a night, but joy strictly comes in the morning. Here is proof from scripture:
1️⃣ The Widow of Nain (Luke 7:11–15)
She was a widow who had already lost her husband, and now she was walking to the cemetery to bury her only son.
Jesus met her at the city gate, stopped the funeral procession, and commanded her, "Weep not." He then raised her son back to life, turning her mourning into dancing!
2️⃣ The Woman with the Issue of Blood (Mark 5:25–34)
For 12 long years, she suffered bleeding, spent all her money on doctors who couldn't help, and lived in social isolation and shame.
She pushed through the crowd, touched the hem of Jesus' garment by faith, and was instantly healed.
3️⃣ Blind Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46–52)
He sat by the roadside begging, locked in physical darkness, ignored, and told by the crowd to shut up when he cried out for help.
He refused to be silenced. Jesus stopped in His tracks, called him forward, and restored his sight.
Your current situation is not your final destination. The same God who stopped the funeral for the widow, stopped the bleeding for the woman, and gave sight to Bartimaeus is alive today. Get ready—He is about to wipe your tears away!🙌🔥
