📖``` MEMORY VERSE:``` _*"And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none" (EZEKIEL 22:30).*_
*Hudson Taylor grew up in a Christian home, but when at age 15 he worked in a bank, his skeptical fellow clerks mocked his religion as 'old fashion'. His Christian joy crashed, and he began to desire worldly vanity.*
*His younger sister Amelia, began to pray three times daily for his restoration. His mother was also crying to God for him, until she was tired one afternoon following hours of intercession, she heard an inner spirit witness that her prayer was answered.*
*That same afternoon, Hudson was about seventy miles away searching for a book to read. He got a pamphlet entitled, _"The Finished Work of Christ"._ He prayed for salvation, and later became a successful missionary in China.*
*In Ezekiel's days, there was rebellion, violation of God's law, profanity, oppression, violence, blood shedding, and idolatrous practices in the nation of Israel. God was searching for someone to stand like Moses, to call out for urgent decision before the wrath of God fell on them. God is also seeking intercessors for our nation today. Will you go?*
