Teaching Series: What Wisdom Is This? (Pt. 4A)

Ministering: Pastor Peter Bassey

The mind of Christ is the custodian of the wisdom and power of God. -1 Cor. 1:24

Within every child of God is the rich deposit of the mind of Christ.

Solution-generating wisdom is what God gives you as His child.

You have the mind of Christ as your redemptive gift, and every spiritual endowment is for your profiting.

Every spiritual endowment is for your profiting, but it needs to be stirred.

The renewing of your mind is for the transformation of your life.

Without a spoon in your hand, you cannot stir the salt in your soup; you also cannot stir the deposit of God in you without the Word of God.

How to Stir the Mind of Christ in You

1. Through the Word of God. - Isa. 11:1

- God's Word is the principal way to stir the deposit of redemption in you.

2. Through Meditation. - 119:97-100, 1 Tim. 4:15

- The Word you meditate on is what dominates your thoughts.

3. Through the prayer of enquiries. - Jer. 33:3, 2 Cor. 4:4

- Ask God questions in prayer at every turn.

4. Through Focus. - Prov. 24:30-33, Matt. 6:22

- Be specific about your issue of concern.

5. Through thanksgiving. - Ps. 100:4

- Thanksgivers hardly get stranded.

Financial Fortune Banquet

Your redemption in Christ comes with a sevenfold package—it is heaven’s agenda to enrich you. - Rev. 5:12

It is not the pursuit of money that enriches; it is God's purpose for His people.

Covenant practice is the master key to a world of financial fortune. - Deut. 8:18

The economic situation may be failing, but God has an agenda of exemption for you. - Mal. 3:17-189; 4:1-2

Don't leave God, your Helper, to run after humans.
