HOW TO LIVE AS A PILGRIM
When God called Abraham and promised him a land for an inheritance, the Lord led Israel all through the wilderness to the promised Land. Genesis 13:14-15, Exodus 40:34-38, Psalm 105:11, Isaiah 48:21. Those that trusted the lord as their shepherd entered into the promised Land.
The promised kingdom of God to those that are born again can not be accessed by man's way.
Jeremiah 10:23b"...... it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps".
Proverbs 14:12, Isaiah 48:17
Jesus referred to those that will believe in him as a sheep. John 21:16-17
A sheep without a sherpherd is prone to wandering. No matter how old a sheep is, it can not lead itself to its destination through the wilderness. Ecclesiastes 10:15
King David was a sherpherd boy who later became a warrior and a great King. He knew the roles of a good sherpherd to the sheep, warriors and kings to their subjects.
Jesus the good shepherd knows the way to heaven, he knows His sheep by their name, He loves, defends, guides, feeds and die for the sheep, which a warrior or a King cannot do.
Psalm 23:1-6"The Lord is my sherpherd....
The Lord can not be your sherpherd when you don't see yourself as a sheep. If you respond to his guide, protection, provision and everything He makes available to you as a sheep, you will never miss your place in eternity in God's promised kingdom, the land of the living.
TO LIVE AS A PILGRIM, YOU MUST HAVE THE GOOD SHERPHERD, LORD JESUS CHRIST AS THE SHERPHERD OF YOUR HEART. Listen to His voice, The Bible

New birth confers heaven citizenship to you and you become a pilgrim on the earth on a journey towards heaven, your true home.
To live on earth as a pilgrim,
1. You must adopt a pilgrim mentality-This world is not my home, I'm just passing through
2. You must have the good sherpherd and see yourself as a sheep
3. There is a war to fight - fleshly lusts
4. There is a lifestyle to maintain
5. There is a day to remember
6. You must walk by faith

Abraham was a citizen of Ur of Chaldea but his citizenship changed the moment he obeyed the calling of God.
Genesis 12:1" Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee"
Vs 4" So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him....."

Abraham left Ur of Chaldea, a spiritual dead land to search for the promised Cannan land.
Hebrews 11:8-10
The patriarch like father Abraham confessed that they were strangers and visitors to the earth. Genesis 23:4, Genesis 47:9, 1 Chronicles 29:15, Psalm 39:12.
Because of their pilgrim mentality, God was not ashamed to introduce Himself as "I am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Matthew 22:33.
By redemption, believers in Christ Jesus are called out of the world, like Abraham, we have the promise of the heaven for eternity a spiritual home for our spirit.
TO LIVE AS A PILGRIM, YOU MUST ADOPT A PILGRIM MENTALITY

•As people on journey, they built and lived in tents not mansion
•They had no home on earth, they lived as nomads because they were going to their land which the heavenly Father had promised them. Hebrews 11: 13-16
•They admitted that they were strangers and pilgrims in the earth; the riches and wealth they acquired did not make them to loose focus on the promise.
•Even when they faced hostility and opposition on the way, they did not return to their so called fatherland or homeland
•Their vision and goal was "I am going to Canaan Land" and not "I am coming from Ur of Chaldea"

Because of their pilgrim mentality, God was not ashamed to introduce Himself as "I am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Matthew 22:33.

All through the scriptures, we understand that plague is an instrument of divine judgment against nations ( Exd 32:35/ Joshua 24:5) It is pandemic ie wide spread. It cannot be averted or stopped from spreading by social isolation, though man from the fall at the garden of Eden tried and still tryingto help himself out but that was not the Alpha and the Omega prescription. Plague of disease is spiritual, therefore the cure is " TOTAL REPENTANCE TOWARD GOD AND FAITH TOWARD OUR LORD JESUS. As you hearken to this divine instructions, you, your household and your source of livelihood shall be exempted from COVID 19

Key note scripture: Psalm 91:1-10
God sent Jesus to you so you could get something from Him to be somebody in the body of Christ.
When you came to Jesus and confessed Him as Lord and your personal saviour, you received somethings;
1- Forgiveness of your sin
2- Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus
3- New life.

A new man that never existed before was born in you. 2 Corinthians 5:17. This new man is justified by faith in Christ Jesus and lives in your physical body. The Bible refers to it as the inner man, heart or spirit. This inner man, heart or spirit eats and the food is the word of God (Matthew 4:4). Faith is the channel through which it receives nourishment for living from the word of God. Habakkuk 2:4 "...the just shall live by his faith". This new man lives by faith in God's word or dies without faith
What has God spoken to you in His word concerning the plagues that shall come upon the world? Are you in the world or in Christ?
If you are in the body of Christ, you are exempted from the plagues that shall come upon the world.
Hear ye the word of God. Deuteronomy 7:15, Psalm 91:1-10, Psalm 46:1-3, 5 & 11, Exodus 9:26, Exodus 9:4.
By the covenant weapon of protection against the plagues of diseases, the blood of sprinkling, you and your entire household and source of income shall not die in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

FEAR NOT
Fear is one of the devil's most effective weapon against the work of God. Every plan and purpose of God in the life of a believer must be contested by the devil but it takes faith to overcome fear. 1 John 5:4
Faith sees beyond challenges; it does not see opposition; it sees what God says and go for it.
Fear is a door opener to other demonic spirits. Fear torments and hold the victim in bo***ge. Hebrews 2:14-15.
A man that believes rumours and evil report is under the influence of fear.
Fear is the opposite of faith. Faith is produced from the word of God in the heart. Romans 10:11 and it releases the power of God and the glory of God is made manifest. John 11:40. Fear likewise releases the power of Satan the devil and gives him room to cause havoc in peoples lives. Job 3:25"for the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me".
When you are fearing a situation like Job or emotional challenge, check if you are still in faith. Faith walks on what God said and not what a prevailing situation and circumstances says. Isaiah 43:2.
Deuteronomy 7:15 "And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee".

UNVEILING THE WONDERS OF FAITH
PART B: FAITH PUTS SATAN ON THE RUN
Satan attacks faith and the teachings of faith aggressively but your steadfastness in faith will put him on the run.
John 4:7 says"resist the devil and he will flee from you." In what way are you to resist him? 1 Pater 5:9 says"resist him, steadfast in the faith"
Friends, by faith you can put the devil on the run and get him to flee from you.
At new birth, God gave you a measure of faith, you must be conscious of what you have in order to exercise it(Romans 12:3). Faith is a seed in your heart, when you sow it in an area where you know the will of God, and obey what God says concerning His will for you, and confess the will of God and take corresponding action in the will of God. You will see the glory and the miracle working power of God in that area of your life. John 11:40
Friends, Faith is the gateway to a heaven on earth order of living on the earth. Faith works wonders. Matthew 4:10-11

WONDERS IN THE BLOOD
There are four (4) applications of the Blood, the first one is applied by Jesus whose Blood it is and the three (3) other applications by believers are: Communion, Sprinkling, Pleading.
The Blood when taken in communion provides a spiritual blood transfusion into our blood and we share Jesus blood and life which is immune to sickness and diseases. Leviticus 17:11

Therefore, as you partake in faith in this communion table, whatever stands to challenge your authority shall bow, sickness and diseases shall be healed, every strange growth in your stomach dies now. You shall receive divine strength, your mind shall be renewed and supernaturally revitalised. You shall no longer say I am sick.
Isaiah 33:24 "And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity"

COVENANT DAY OF REMEMBRANCE, A MEMORIAL SERVICE OF THE DEATH OF OUR LORD JESUS(Luke 22:19-20/ 1 Corinthians 11:24-25)
The Lord's super is the communion of the flesh and the body of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:16
When we remember the death of a dear and beloved one, we become sad and we begin to remember the good things about the person and how important, helpful and impartful he/she was in our lives but some of us have a different feeling when the death of Jesus Christ is called to remembrance as it is today
Jesus instructed us to remember His death as we partake in the communion table, when you remember the death of Jesus Christ, Do you feel sad or joyful? To me, I feel being loved and joyful because Jesus died for me to live eternally.

THANKSGIVING PRAYER: Lord, with a heart full of gratitude, I express my appreciation to you for your love on the cross of calvary for me.
Let everything you died to procure for me speak the loudest in all areas of my life, in the mighty name of Jesus.

WONDERS IN THE FLESH
The flesh is the body of Christ. Isaiah 11:1-2 prophesied of a rod that shall come out of the stem of Jesse. That rod is Jesus Christ.

• The flesh of Jesus is the Rod of signs and wonders. Exodus 4:17
• It is the miracle Rod that swallowed the rods of Egyptian's magicians and remained the same. Exodus 7:12
The Bible also refers the flesh as the meal or bread
• The flesh is the miracle meal that swallowed all poisons. 2 Kings 4:38-41
• The flesh is the spiritual bread that gives divine strength. 1 Kings 19:5-8, Psalm 78:25, Psalm 103:20
• The flesh is the bread that sharpens our mind. Romans 12:1-2, Luke 24:28-31

STRIKING TESTIMONIES IN OUR LAST SUNDAY SERVICE.
To God alone be all the glory. We have seen the raw hand of God in this commission. We had three testifiers to the glory of God last Sunday but because of time and space, we'll share one

DIVINE RESTORATION
One of my brothers was having a serious challenge. Nothing was working in his life and his business. He always see faeces at the front of his shop. He relocated but nothing changed. I brought him to see the Apostle over this commission, he prayed for him and gave him blood of sprinkling to sprinkle all over his house and shop, and that was the end of his struggles and problems.
No more faeces, no more torments and in December he did his marriage introduction.
To God alone be the glory.
