Proverbs 23:7a For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:

What are you currently thinking about yourself, family, job, business, career?

Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Your heart is a divine factory, your raw materials are your thoughts, your outputs are your words, your words become your beliefs, your beliefs become your habits, your habits become your attitudes.

Your attitudes towards situation and occurrence determine your progress, your progress determines your relevance.

Your raw materials are what you read, watch, hear, listen to etc.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

If you don't have good quality control measures at entry level into your heart, it is certain that the output will be substandard.

What you need to do now is to stop the system, check for errors, correct the errors and continue.

Keep adding value, there is always a better you.
