HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM PCN USUMUTONG PARISH

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the gift of a new year. As we step into this season, we commit every family, home, and endeavor into Your loving hands.
Lord, according to Your Word, we ask that You release grace upon grace upon Your people. Let fresh grace rest upon our lives, our church, our work, our health, and our journeys. Where there was weakness, let Your grace bring strength; where there was delay, let Your grace bring speed; where there was sorrow, let Your grace bring joy.

May this year be filled with divine favor, open doors, answered prayers, and testimonies that will glorify Your name. Keep us steadfast in faith, united in love, and fruitful in good works.

As a parish, may we grow deeper in worship, stronger in service, and richer in grace. We declare that this year shall be better than the former, by the abundance of Your grace.

‎DLDLT National Conference & Capacity Building Workshop 2025

‎Earlier today, His Eminence, Dr. Ekpenyong Akpanika , PhD, graciously stepped away from his demanding schedule to address key concerns at the recently concluded National Lay Conference, held at the City of Light Camp Ground, Yakkur LGA, Cross River State.
‎
‎In his inspiring address, the Prelate commended the remarkable contributions of the Laity to the growth and expansion of the church. He encouraged them to remain steadfast as true ambassadors of the faith, discharging their responsibilities with humility and dedication.
‎
‎Dr. Akpanika further emphasized that lay leadership is a sacred service unto God, not a platform for division, resistance, or oppression of ministers assigned to their parishes. His message was a call to unity, service, and spiritual maturity within the church.
