Excellent Spirit means Extremely good or outstanding.
A believer is someone who have accept the teachings, death and resurrection of Christ and made Jesus his/her personal Lord and saviour.
A believer with an excellent spirit must be Humble, Obedient, trustworthy and Prayerful.

NB:
A believer with an excellent spirit is:

1. someone that have inner attitude and high moral character.

2. Does things with diligence and obedience.

3. Remains faithful when no one is watching

4. Responds to difficulties with faith rather than bitterness .

5. Treats others with respect

6. Pursue integrity

7. Is teachable and willing to improve

8. Is sacrificial in nature and have a heart of giving

9. Have a servant heart,they don’t always wait to be served.

Excellence produces distinction. As a believer with an excellent spirit that wants to serve God, you must stand in the right path with God.

Excellence includes;

1. Integrity: Being straight forward

2. Remains consistent under pressure

3. A believer with an excellent spirit does not compromise.

When you understand who you are in Christ you wouldn't live your life by people’s validation. your past does not define you as a christian. when you understand who you are in Christ you don't give people room or permission to talk down on you .
As a believer that has decided to follow God,don’t look back to the old things anymore. when God transformes you, He leaves you to carry on and it’s your duty to follow His path.
Your mistakes are part of your past but there are not your identity because we are crucified in Him.
He knows how to re-arrange your life to put you in a shinning spot.
One thing about our identity is that we belong to God, We talk boldly even in the face of difficulty because we know our identity in Christ Jesus.
As a Christian you must be optimistic, speak positively. And show forth your real identity in Christ Jesus to the world.

How do you grow through being committed?

(1) Commitment to Evangelism(Matt 28:19-20):Where believers consistently shares the Gospel and inviting people to church.Organizing and partaking in church programs.

(2) Commitment to unity: this means
Forgiving one another. There’s no growth in gossip.Encourage One another in different times and difficult circumstances.
