2025

I have been seeing this appreciation post that many put up on their status in appreciation for what God did for them.

2025 was a year of emptiness of self and humility. It was a year I actually came to the end of myself and told God - Have Mercy - because I knew it was God that could help make sense of the phase I found myself.

Today? I'm grateful to God.

Again and Again would I lay prostrate and abide in the effulgence of His presence where His love is palpable.

So if you're still going things with your wisdom, you'll most likely miss it.

Let Go and Let Him.

The LIGHT THAT SHINES

There's something about the Holy Ghost Meeting taking place every Sunday .

In these meetings, I see what God has bestowed upon certain men and if I know those graces are needed for a phase of my ministry, I draw from such men or women.

My heart is ever open and receptive to the gifts in men.

How do I do this?

Simple.

I speak in tongues as I look at them or hold hands with them.

One of such moments is in this picture.

Grow the gift God has infused in you and when you see what someone else carries, don't be shy to receive.

VOICES

In this dispensation, one thing that is prominent is VOICES.

These voices can be familiar and at the same time be strange because of their whisperings.

Someone once asked me how I find it easy to obey the Holy Spirit and I responded: I obey Him in the little things so that when the difficult things come, I quickly align.

Abraham heard God telling him to kill his son, Isaac. A child that was waited for and prophesied about yet God was telling Abraham to kill him.

Abraham obeyed.

Abraham's obedience was the reason God couldn't spare His only Son, Jesus.

There are things the Lord has said to some of you that you'll find very difficult to obey, in short, your whole being will resist it because of how you may look.

If you remove pride from your heart, will you be able to obey?

If the answer is YES, then do it.

GO BACK

Earlier this evening, I was returning from an errand when I heard a baby crying. I walked into the compound and traced her voice and saw it was my neighbor's last daughter who being bullied by her sisters.

With hands crossed over her chest, she walked back home, clearly to report to her mother on this injustice.

Funny as it might sound, this little girl understood something profound - Talking to her Mum would give her the peace she required.

When many of us sometimes miss the path, we make sure to avoid God completely.

We stop praying.
We stop fellowshipping with God
We stop associating with the Saints of God.

We cut off, forgetting that isolation from God is unholy association with the devil.

2025 might not have been your year because you missed the path but as you read this, I want you to know God isn't far from you but His hands are forever open to welcome you and nurse you to strength.

You've run for too long Beloved... Come Home!

Don't step into 2026 without getting it right with him.

There is a joy that Jesus has put in our heart and He told us that no man can take away this joy.

No MAN.

Yet, we see Believers who have lost their joy. Why? Offense.

When a Saint is in offense, he would never be able to see what God is doing even in his life talkless of the lives of the Saints

Such persons will rarely experience the glory of God and though they may operate with the power of God, offense will always be a contamination.

As the year comes to an end, ask yourself: Are you offended with anyone?

I beseech thee, don't allow 2025 end without resolving it.

I pray you release this heavy burden in Jesus name.

Happy New Month.

It's a month of Pleasant Surprises in Jesus name.

That last effort you'll put in shall yield greater than you can ever imagine.

Just like how Peter said lord I have toilet on nights but hard thy word so shall it be that when you find yourself at the end of your strength, at the end of your wisdom and that your last kobo, just know that God will come through mightily for you before you in Jesus name.

The Shelter in a Storm

During a dark time of my life, I was
enroute to see an older friend to discuss a sensitive issue with when I saw a banner of Reverend .

It was so months to our conference when the whispers came - Invite him.

Two years earlier, I had visited and I had enjoyed the service but it didn't feel right. So I went ahead to attend service and participated like it was home.

After midweek service on a Wednesday, I spoke to him about our programme and without hesitation agreed to attend after I supplied him with the date.

He came and the rest was history.

However, it wasn't history for me but what would become a shelter in the midst of a storm.

After service, I would walk over to say hello and he would always hug. For him, it was a hug but for me, it was a lifeline of strength.

No words spoken but sufficient strength drawn with every hug.

There are things I can't write here because it's not yet time but suffice to say that there are men who are great ministers of the Gospel full of grace and truth with doing doctrine and examplary leadership and then there Reverend Bayode Mark Oyekan.

Sufficient to say; He is my Spiritual Father.

Happy Birthday Sir.

The chapter of our story will be a long one with the help of the Holy Spirit.

God has blessed you, Dad.
