OUT OF THE LION CAME HONEY

“Out of the eater came something to eat, and out of the strong came something sweet.” — Judges 14:14

There are seasons in life where God will allow you to walk through battles that look impossible. Samson faced a roaring lion in the wilderness, and with nothing but the strength of God upon him, he tore the lion apart with his bare hands. What was meant to destroy him became a testimony of victory. The same wilderness that looked dangerous became the place where God revealed His power.

Days later, Samson returned and found something shocking inside the dead lion — bees had built a hive, and honey was flowing from the carcass. The very thing that once threatened his life now carried sweetness inside it. This is how God works. He can bring beauty out of brokenness, victory out of pain, and purpose out of suffering.

Some of the greatest blessings in your life will come from battles you never wanted to fight. The pain you cried over, the betrayal that wounded you, the season that almost crushed your spirit — God can transform all of it into something powerful. Heaven specializes in turning graves into gardens.

Many people only see the lion, but they fail to see the honey that comes afterward. They focus on the battle but forget the reward hidden inside perseverance. Sometimes the blessing is not before the fight — sometimes it is inside the thing you survived.

Romans 8:28 declares, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Even the painful seasons are working for you. God is so powerful that He can use what attacked you to strengthen you.

The enemy thought the lion would stop Samson, but it became part of his testimony. In the same way, the attack against your life will not be the end of your story. The devil may roar loudly, but God always has the final word over your destiny.

There are people carrying silent wounds today. Some are fighting battles in their minds. Others are exhausted from disappointment, rejection, and delay. But this story reminds us that God is still able to bring sweetness out of bitter places.

Sometimes God allows you to face lions because He is preparing you for greater victories ahead. Before David faced Goliath, he first fought lions and bears in secret places. Hidden battles create public victories.

The wilderness is not proof that God abandoned you. Often, the wilderness is where He develops strength, character, endurance, and complete dependence on Him. The place of struggle can become the birthplace of your greatest testimony.

Isaiah 61:3 says God gives “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” This is the heart of God. He restores. He heals. He rebuilds. He brings sweetness where pain once lived.

Notice that honey did not appear while the lion was alive. The sweetness came after the battle was over. Some blessings only arrive after endurance. Some breakthroughs only come after persistence. Do not quit in the middle of your wilderness season.

The enemy wants you to believe your struggle is meaningless, but God is writing a story bigger than your pain. One day you will look back and realize that the very thing that almost destroyed you became the reason your faith grew stronger.

Your lion may be fear. It may be heartbreak. It may be financial pressure, spiritual warfare, loneliness, or rejection. But if God brought Samson through the wilderness, He can bring you through yours too. The God who gave strength then is still giving strength now.

Never underestimate what God can produce from a defeated battle. He can pull honey from a lion, water from a rock, and resurrection from a grave. What looks dead today may become tomorrow’s miracle. Hold your faith. Keep walking. The wilderness will not last forever.

Listen up, men. The modern dating market is a battlefield — and most of you are walking into it blind. You confuse attention for interest and kindness for attraction. Then you wonder why you keep losing. The truth? The game has rules. Learn them or perish.

Here are 8 brutal mistakes you should NEVER make when it comes to women:

1️⃣ NEVER EAT A WOMAN’S PY.*
A man who does this is giving away his power. You think it’s intimacy — she sees submission. A woman should be the one showing her desire for you, not the other way around. Don’t worship her body; make her earn yours. The moment you start bowing for pleasure, you stop leading as a man.

2️⃣ NEVER SLEEP WITH ANOTHER MAN’S WIFE.
