Ask any successful person, they'll in one way or the other admit that setting boundaries was key to their success.
In thermodynamics, a system/entity is defined by its boundaries.
Boundaries are first defining factors before they're limiting. The ability to determine what is needful and what is permissible/allowable, and to what extent laxity can be entertained is fundamental to creating a success out of any person.
It's a lack of well defined boundaries that make failure appear to spring up overnight on individuals who have long over time through laxity entertained the possibilities/chances of failure.
For the person you intend to be, define what is and is not a building block to that which you desire; set boundaries!
