The best kind of burden a believer can carry is that of The Lord. Matthew 11:29-30 shows that Christ has burden and yoke and as well shows a picture of the nature of the burden and yoke of Christ...
Instead of carrying yokes which can weigh you down, simply subscribe to God's burden which is very easy and light...
