Self discipline is the paramount key that unlocks spiritual growth,without you denying urself to some extent you can not grow there are many things that we find it difficult to deny ourselves to and this are things that makes us to be stagnant in the course of our journey with God and without us laying all this at the feet of christ , he is the one that knows yr struggles and can help you through .
Self denial is the key that help one to remain fit, you can serve two master together y can't say you want to serve the flesh and also serve the spirit, one will surely how for One, no wonder apostle paul said I die daily 🤔🤔
Self discipline will help one to yield nd pay more attention to one's spirit Man let us pay attention to our spirit man and see where we still need to denial or discipline ourselves so we can balance out spiritual life.
Here is the word of God for us that will help us make this a daily declaration over ur that situation you are struggling to discipline urself in
