MEDITATE THE WORD

God's love is always with us. He helps us overcome challenges and grow spiritually. We can be thankful for His salvation and love, which saves us through Jesus Christ. Share your testimony to encourage others to stand in His love during tough times.

PRAY THIS PRAYER

Heavenly Father, You are my life and all I seek is Your love in times of difficulty. I exist, move, and have my being in You. You are my peace, my shelter, and my strength. I know You love me and will not let evil take over my life. I ask for Your never-ending love today. Please show me Your love and help me overcome every challenge. May Your unfailing love bring me comfort, in Jesus' name. Amen.

MEDITATE IT
God wants us to pursue our goals, but with gentleness and kindness. Jesus showed us divine love, healing, and restoration. Let's strive to be our best, but remember to be gentle with ourselves.

PRAYER
Dear God, help us to be kind to ourselves and to those around us as we strive to reach our goals. May we be gentle and understanding in our pursuits. Amen.

WORD OF WISDOM

be still!"

MEDITATE THE WORD

As Christians, we have the power of faith to calm any storm that comes our way. Jesus showed us this by believing in his own power and commanding the storm to be still. We don't have to be afraid when life throws us a curveball, because Jesus is with us and has the power to stop it. When the storm came, the disciples of Jesus cried out to him for help.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I'm so grateful for your willingness to come into my life and help me through every storm. I'm thankful for your strength and power, and I trust that you will never let me down. When storms come, I know I can always turn to you for help. So today, I'm asking you to help me find peace in my family, job, career, and education.

THE NEW AND LIVING WAY TO GOD

BIBLE TEXT: HEBREW 10:20.

by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body,

The curtain in the Jewish Temple, which represented the separation of incurably sinful man from eternally Perfect God, was torn from the top to the bottom – ripped asunder from heaven to the earth - demonstrating that the finished work of Christ Jesus was accepted and sufficient.

Jesus declared that he is the way to God the Father. By his life, he showed people how to have a close relationship with God. By his death, he made it possible for people to receive that relationship with God.

This is a new kind of relationship between God and his people. It is a closer relationship than Israel’s priests knew. They could not go beyond the curtain into the most holy place. But because of Jesus’ death, a curtain no longer separates God from his people. The way to God is now open because God wants his people to have the closest possible relationship with him.. DON'T LET ANYONE LOOK DOWN ON YOU

TEXT:1TIMOTHY 4:12

Máṣe jẹ ki ẹnikẹni ki o gàn ewe rẹ; ṣugbọn ki iwọ ki o jẹ apẹrẹ fun awọn ti o gbagbọ́, ninu ọ̀rọ, ninu ìwa hihu, ninu ifẹ, ninu ẹmí, ninu igbagbọ́, ninu ìwa mimọ́.

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
(English)

This could be misunderstood. How does one prevent all others from looking down on him or her? Some would do it by fighting anyone who seems to slight them. Others would do it by constantly trying to prove themselves. The argument is not without merit that wisdom comes with age. Apparently, this was the source of the opposition to Timothy. They thought he was too young to have the authority that he had. If he was, then his life would prove that. Youth is not in itself a barrier to responsibility. What could Timothy do about those who disrespected his age? Nothing. Nothing except to go on doing what he should be doing: seeking first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness. Living for Jesus and being righteous in him will give others an example to imitate.

TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART

TEXT: PROVERBS 3:5

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
(English)

Trusting God with all our heart means to decide to put away our own understanding and instead to choose to trust God and His understanding, especially as declared in His word.

It is to practice the presence of God in the regular and sometimes mundane things that happen every day.

The great principle of God’s response towards those who trust Him in the way described in the previous lines. When we acknowledge Him in our ways, He will direct our paths in the fulfillment of His will, into what is right before Him and pleasing to us.

When we do these things, we can go forward in peace, believing that through His word, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, through the counsel of others, through godly common sense, and through life circumstances, God will direct our paths. We will walk along our way of life and come to see that we have been on the path God intended all along.

18. The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. 19. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.

This verse mentions that God is closer to us if we call on Him in truth. This does not mean, however, that we should fashion God in our own image, making him into whatever we like, and praying according to our particular biases and projections.

From this verse, we can see that God likes us to worship Him in spirit and in truth. He doesn’t care whether our prayers are long or short, or with beautiful words; rather, He cares whether we speak the words within our hearts to Him.

the most crucial thing about praying is to speak the words of your true heart to God, telling God of your flaws or rebellious disposition and completely opening yourself up to God. Only then will God be interested in your prayers; if not, then God will hide His face from you.
