THEME: THE TEACHER IN YOU

“But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him” (1 John 2:27).

In the light of so many different Bible translations today, how can one know which is most accurate? Sometimes, some of them say the same things differently and that is tricky enough; but at other times, they say opposite things and it becomes really tough. One might put a verse in a question form, while another puts it in the affirmative. So it makes you wonder: Which is right?

There are several rules for Scripture interpretation, but those rules are mostly academic. When you use these academic rules, you will only be as good as the theologians can be. Having a theological explanation is good, but you will not be any better than those who already have different or questionable interpretations of the Scriptures. The question then would be: How do you know the actual truth?

The Holy Spirit is the author of the Scriptures. He knows everything in the Scriptures because he gave them to us. The Bible says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God…” (2 Timothy 3:16); that God is the Holy Spirit. He lives in us and carries out His ministry inside us.

The Bible says, “…the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints” (Ephesians 1:17-18). The Holy Spirit is the One who opens the eyes of our understanding, unveiling mysteries and secrets to us in the Scriptures. He is the Spirit of knowledge; He knows all things and teaches us all things so that we can deal wisely in all affairs of life. Take your fellowship with Him more seriously; He will unveil His truths to your Spirit in ways you never thought possible.

CONFESSION
I will never be at a crossroads in life because the Teacher lives in me and unveils truths to my spirit. He teaches me, not some things, but all things – everything I need to know about life and godliness. Glory to God!

TOPIC: ✨ TRANSFORMATION BY THE WORD✨

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18)

As you study the Word of God, you see a glorious you, because the Word mirrors you. The picture of you that you see in the Word is
always one of glory. You’ll see that divinity is at work in you; you’ll see the power of an endless life. The more you see it, the more you’re transformed into the same image that you see in the Word. It’s an amazing spiritual principle. That’s the reality of how the Word of God works.

That’s why James admonishes us to keep looking into the Word of God, which he calls the perfect law of liberty (James 1:25). Keep looking at the scriptures that talk about your righteousness, your oneness with the Lord, your triumphant life in Christ Jesus.

Jesus said in John 15:16, “...I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain....” This means He’s given you a life of endless prosperity; your success shouldn’t be short-lived. Contemplate this every day. As you behold such words, the reality of what they say becomes your vital experience.

Through the Word, you’re established in righteousness and flourish like the palm tree, with great grace and glory! Maybe it’s your health; Isaiah 33:24 says “they that dwell in Zion shall not say, ‘I am sick.’” Meditate on it consciously. As you do, you’d come to the realization that the reason you don’t say, “I’m sick” is that you don’t get sick. You’re an associate of the God-kind; you have the indestructible life of God in you.

The same goes for your safety and protection. The Word says in Psalm 23:4, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” That means no matter what happens, your safety is guaranteed in Christ. Christ is the environment in which you dwell; therefore, you’re forever in safety. Take this seriously. Outline areas where you want changes; search out the relevant scriptures and meditate on them consciously. Praise God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your glory in my life. As I constantly behold the glory in your Word for my health, finances, family and safety, I’m transformed into the same image that I see, from glory to glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

MONEY CONFESSIONS 💰💸💵

1. Money likes me. Money flows easily into my life. As I give, I make room for more. I am a conduit of money into the kingdom.

2. I attract money naturally. Everything I touch is minting money.

3. I am laying up gold as dust. The angel of wealth accompany me everywhere I go and causes money to come to me freely.

4. I have new opportunities and channel to make money. I have more than enough money to fulfill all my commitments and vows.

5. Whatever activities I perform makes money for me and I am always full of money. Financial ideas keeps coming to me.

6. I have money to save, to spend and to give.

7. Money and I have a good relationship. It does not fear or shy away from me. I know how to manage, multiply and utilize it.

8. I am a money magnet; money is constantly attracted to me. Men are giving into my account daily.

9. Every day I am attracting and saving more and more money. He daily loads me with benefits.

10. I have all the money I require for the good life and godliness. I enjoy my life because I always have money for all I require.

11. I am debt free as money is constantly flowing into my life and I know what to do with it.

12. My wealth consciousness in Christ is always increasing and keeping me surrounded by money.

13. God trusts me with money.

14. I am a custodian of money just as I am a custodian of the Gospel, therefore, I am a big time partner of the Gospel. My money wins souls to the kingdom of God.

15. I am greatly rich, I am successfully rich, I am eternally rich.
I am rich in Euros,
I am rich in Dollars,
I am rich in Pounds, Rands, Naira, Cedis etc.
I am rich in all the major currencies of the world.

16. I have all the monies I require where I want them. When I enter any country, money is waiting for me there, therefore I travel light.

17. I have more than enough therefore I abound unto every good work and charitable donations. My giving is pleasing to the Father!

18. I am a Seed of Abraham, I am a beneficiary of His blessings. Therefore I am a haver and through me many generations are blessed!

19. As Jesus is, so am I in this world. Money can never be a challenge or hindrance to my growth, I ascend above it, I have authority and I exercise my authority over it.
I have money always....

20. I make Money look like sand, Money will never finish in my hand, money in every land are yielding to and for me.
I have Money everywhere.

21. I sponsor the Gospel in all nations of the world; my money is reaching out to save the lost and heal the sick.

22. I influence the people around me for Christ; I am a big time soul winner.

23. I refuse to be poor; for my sake He became poor that I might be rich. I am rich in all things.

24. I receive the supernatural promotion and wealth that comes from God. I receive the dynamic ability and power to cause favorable changes in my life.

25. The grace of the Lord is sufficient for me – It is not by might or by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord.

26. “Grace” – The grace of God is upon my life permanently. Every place the sole of my feet shall tread upon, I will possess.

27. I am prosperous & wealthy; I am rich.

28. I am big time kingdom financier.

29. All things work together for my good. I am energized, I am full of ideas, innovations and creativity and I am producing results that follow.

30. I am the head and not the tail; I am above only and not below.

31. I eat in plenty and I am satisfied. The angels of God are mobilized to restructure things to favor me. Men and women are working together to favor me.

32. The years that the canker worms have eaten have been restored unto me.

33. I speak life to every dry or dead situation in my life.. The Holy Spirit perfects all that concerns me.

34. I reign in this life because I have received the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness.

35. Because I have received the abundance of grace, I am abounding unto every good work and I have all things.

THEME: PROTECT YOUR HEART

“And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God” (Luke 6:12).

One of the most remarkable things about David was Samuel’s testimony in 1 Samuel 13:14 about his heart; David had a heart that was after God. That is one of the greatest blessings to ever wish for: having a heart that is perfect towards God, and a willing mind to do His perfect will. It is a great blessing from God, but it does not work by itself, because you have a mind and a will of your own. Remember, God gave Saul, David’s predecessor, a good heart (1 Samuel 10:9); yet he did not serve God perfectly.

When Saul first met Samuel the Prophet, the Bible says the Spirit of God came upon Saul and he prophesied together with the prophets (1 Samuel 10:10). That was the outward manifestation of what he had received; there was a change on the inside. The Bible specifically says that God gave Saul “another heart.”

But Saul did not maintain his perfect heart. He offered a burnt offering against spiritual instructions (1 Samuel 13:9-11). At another instance, he would not destroy the Amalekites, and everything connected to them as the Lord expressly instructed (1 Samuel 15:1-11). Rather than being remorseful and repentant when he was confronted by Samuel, he was proud. As a result, he was rejected by God from being king over Israel (1 Samuel 15:26), so much so, the Lord said “I regret making Saul king, for he has turned back from following Me and has not performed My commands…” (1 Samuel 15:11 AMPC). What a terrible place to be! Observe the progression.

Saul then became envious of David and continued in his rebellion toward God. His heart went after other things. This is the reason you must protect your heart; keep it pure. Keep it sanctified with God’s Word. Never let anything unwholesome take root in your heart. Pride, anger, malice, bitterness, hatred – these are poisonous to the heart. Completely eschew them from your life and from your heart.

Your thoughts come from your heart; the character of your thoughts reveals the condition of your heart. When you were born again, you were given a heart of love. The Bible says, “…the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us” (Romans 5:5). You have a heart of love, a heart that is filled with God. Protect it; maintain it; keep it the way God wants it.

PRAYER
Dear Father, by your Spirit and the Word, I keep my heart sanctified; I banish every evil thought or contrary idea that tries to assault my mind; anger, malice, bitterness, and hatred have no place in my heart. Your love is expressed in my heart today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: TRAIN YOURSELF TO PRAY

“And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God” (Luke 6:12).

Prayer is a spiritual exercise that you must train for. If you do not train yourself to pray, you will never know how to pray effectively. If all you knew to do was mumble a few words in two minutes and you are done, it is time to get some training and discipline.

We see the example of the Master in our opening scripture. As long as your body is calling for food or itching to go do some other things while you ought to be praying, that is the more reason you must remain there and subject your body to the discipline of the Spirit.

However, the purpose of prayer is not merely to control or discipline your body, as good as that is. The main purpose of prayer is the conditioning of your spirit, and this is far more important. Prayer brings your spirit to a certain condition that makes your relationship and fellowship with God’s Spirit more real and synchronized with His will and purpose.

Then you find that His thoughts become your thoughts and His words become your words. That is when He puts a word in your mouth which you speak forth and it produces results. It reminds of induced magnetism. If you keep an object beside a magnet long enough, the magnet will induce it to become magnetic itself.

It is the same thing with the Holy Spirit and you; the more you spend time in fellowship with Him, the more His person, glory, character, wisdom and grace are revealed in your walk and in your talk! But if all you do is a few minutes of prayer occasionally, that is not sufficient time for Him to condition your spirit and have Himself expressed in and through you in a remarkable way.

You need to give the Lord time and attention in the place of prayer and become so influenced by Him that you acquire His character and mannerisms. Then you find that your way of thinking and talking (your choice of words) have become so refined by Him. Train yourself for that conditioning to take place. Pray-A-Thon 2022 - Mon May 2nd

This May is our month of Praise, glory to God; and we'll praise the Lord as the scripture enjoins us, as we prepare for a month of unending Praise in the month of June.

1Timothy 2:1-3 says "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour".

At our times of prayer today, we'll pray fervidly in tongues of the Spirit, and with the above verses in mind, pray specially for all nations, against the influence and domination of Satanic forces and agenda.

Remember we're fasting and praying everyday, from today May 2nd, to Sunday, May 8th. You may break your fast at 6pm (or earlier, if you need to).
