According to the scripture in IIcorin 5:17 that if anyone be in Christ, he is a new creature, the old thing are past away behold all things are become new.

If you answer altar call, and you still tell lies. You are yet to be born again.

If you answer altar call, and you still cheat, you are yet to be born again.

In John 3: 5-6 talks about a man named Nicodemus, were he was asking Jesus: how can i be saved? Jesus reply except ye be born again.

If you read 1timothy chapter number 3 Paul was speaking to Timothy that if any man desire the office of a minister or a child of God or to be called by the name born again. He said that man has desire good thing. And he began to speak on how the life of such a man could be lived.

Christianity is a regimented lifestyle

Those who want to live as a lie, cannot be children of God. So because there are tools, there are laws you need to subject yourself under. That's while you need the new birth.
