ποΈ *COMMENTARY*
To be sanctified is to be set apart, not just separated from sin, but consecrated for a purpose. It's the difference between being saved and being transformed. Salvation changes your position. Sanctification changes your condition. God is calling you to reflect Him in private and in public, in thought and deed, in heart and habit. The call to sanctification is a call to become what you were meant to be as a believer in Christ. Sanctification is God's heartbeat for every believer.
Yama was zealous for God and active in the church. But behind closed doors, he battled secret addictions. One night, during a.revival meeting, the preacher gave an altar call for sanctification. That night, Yama didn't just repent, he surrendered and committed to accountability. It wasn't instant, but over weeks and months, the strongholds were broken. Not just because he tried harder, but because he yielded deeper and sincerely.
Sanctification begins with: "Lord, do in me what I cannot do by myself." It's not about perfection, it's about progression. It's holiness in motion. Today, God is not asking if you're spiritually gifted; He's asking if you're surrendered. Not just clean on Sunday, but daily. Sanctification echoes heaven's culture. Let's not just preach purity, let's pursue it. Let's not just
admire righteousness, let's walk in it. The world is watching. Heaven is calling. And holiness is still beautiful.
