Happy Father’s Day to Our Pastor, Fathers, and Intending Fathers
Today we pause to honor and celebrate every man God has positioned as a father and father-figure in our midst.
To our dear Pastor,
Thank you for being more than a shepherd – you are a spiritual father to us all. 1 Cor 4:15. You carry us in prayer when we are weak, correct us in love when we drift, and model Christ when we need an example. Your sleepless nights, fasting, counsel, and quiet sacrifices do not go unnoticed. May the Lord who called you continue to strengthen your hands, renew your oil, and reward your labor of love. We pray for grace, health, wisdom, and joy to multiply in your life and family. We love and honor you, Sir.
To all our Fathers in the house,
Thank you for standing as priests in your homes and pillars in the church. We see your labor – the early mornings, late nights, provision, protection, and prayers you sow daily. In a world that devalues fatherhood, you have chosen to show up, stay faithful, and lead with integrity. May God replenish all you spend for your families. May your children rise up and call you blessed. Proverbs 20:7. May you finish well and leave a godly legacy that speaks for generations.
To our Intending Fathers & Young Men,
We see you and we celebrate you too. Fatherhood starts with character before children. Keep preparing, keep growing, keep serving. The Lord who began a good work in you will complete it. Phil 1:6. Your time is coming, and when it does, you will raise sons and daughters that heaven will be proud of. Don’t despise your season of preparation.
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you and give you peace in your home. Numbers 6:24-26. May your strength never fail, your love never grow cold, and your reward never be lost. May your quiver be full, and may joy fill your table always. Psalm 128:3-4.
Thank you for being the head and not the tail, for loving like Christ loved the Church, and for showing us what godly manhood looks like.
