WHY MANY MINISTERS ARE LIMITED YET ANOINTED. Evang Dr Ukpo Daniel
Many people blame witches for what poor presentation caused.
There are doors prayer opens, but there are doors excellence sustains.
Excellence is not first money.
Excellence is first a mindset.
A poor man can be organized.
A struggling ministry can still be neat.
A young preacher can still be punctual.
A village church can still be coordinated.
Excellence begins from mentality before it manifests materially.
How do you dress?
How do you speak?
How do you respond to messages?
How do you organize your programs?
How do you handle microphones, graphics, timing, communication, follow-up, finances, and relationships?
These things matter.
Stop celebrating disorder and calling it spirituality.
The Holy Ghost is not an author of confusion.
Some ministers arrive four hours late and call it “apostolic timing.”
Some print poor flyers full of errors and say, “God sees the heart.”
Some preach powerfully but live irresponsibly.
No structure. No planning. No improvement. No learning.
grow up.
If you want to represent a great God, learn excellence.
Jesus fed multitudes, yet He still organized people into groups before distribution.
That is excellence with power.
Heavenly power with earthly coordination.
Excellence is also seen in learning.
Learn from excellent men.
Do not envy them study them.
Study how they speak.
Study how they prepare.
Study how they build systems.
Study how they honor people.
Study how they manage time.
Study how they maintain consistency.
Some young ministers only want mantles, not mentality.
Excellence has a price.
It will cost you comfort.
It will cost you laziness.
It will cost you excuses.
It will cost you continuous learning.
Read books.
Learn communication.
Learn leadership.
Learn administration.
Learn media.
Learn financial wisdom.
Learn how to host people properly.
Learn how to improve.
Never become too spiritual to develop yourself.
Even Jesus grew.
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.” — Luke 2:52
Notice that He grew before God and before men.
Some ministers only grow spiritually but remain weak mentally, socially, administratively, and emotionally.
That imbalance limits impact.
Souls deserve quality.
The gospel deserves quality.
The Kingdom deserves quality.
Do not give God leftovers.
If you will sing, sing excellently.
If you will preach, prepare excellently.
If you will design flyers, do them excellently.
If you will organize crusades, organize excellently.
If you will run media, run it excellently.
Even if you are starting small, start with excellence.
Little things reveal great men.
A dirty environment reveals a careless spirit.
Poor follow-up reveals weak leadership.
Constant excuses reveal immaturity.
Excellence is not perfectionism; it is intentional improvement.
Improve your speech.
Improve your character.
Improve your appearance.
Improve your systems.
Improve your knowledge.
Improve your service to God.
Do not remain the same year after year while claiming “God is still working.”
No, my son. Cooperate with growth.
Hear this deeply:
The anointing may bring people, but excellence helps retain them.
Power may announce you, but excellence helps preserve impact.
Do not become an “anointed embarrassment.”
Carry fire with wisdom.
Carry revelation with order.
Carry power with excellence.
Because when excellence and anointing meet together, kings will hear your sound from afar.
And above all, remember this:
Excellence without humility becomes pride.
But excellence with humility becomes beauty before God and men.
