✨Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep per night. Nap during the day😞.
✨Establish a consistent bedtime routine.
✨Reduce screen time an hour before bed.
✨Consider relaxation techniques like deep breathing.
💫 Regular Exercise: Movement is Medicine.
