The feeling of this...
A few years ago, I was just curious about how websites worked. I stumbled into Website development [front-end development], armed with nothing but a desire to learn and build something meaningful. My first projects were simple—HTML and CSS were my playground. Over time, I discovered JavaScript, responsive design, and the importance of creating an experience, not just a website.
Fast forward to today, that same curiosity has evolved into something much bigger. I had an inherent idea since i have always played the instruments—a platform to connect instrumentalists to churches, to bridge the gap between those who play and those who need. That's how MICC (Music Instrumentalist Churches Connection) was born. But like any great journey, mine wasn’t without its challenges.
I launched the project with passion, but when I took it to Webdeves Technologies, I got the feedback I needed to hear. They helped me see the gaps in my UI design, the little details that weren’t quite there yet. It was a humbling moment, but it pushed me forward.
That’s when I collaborated with one of the best UI/UX designer Dominic Evans in the field. Where We just kickstarted the work through every detail—color schemes, layouts, user experience—until MICC transformed from a simple project into a beautifully crafted platform with its Mastered Name "Maestro". The new design/name is not just visually stunning, but also practical, ensuring that every instrumentalist and church can connect easily.
Today, I’m proud to share the new face of MICC --MAESTRO. It’s been a journey from my early days of coding to now working on something that has the potential to make real impact. The lessons, the critiques, and the hard work have all been worth it.
Here’s to growth, learning, and creating something that truly connects people!
