University of Port Harcourt signs memorandum with PTS Eleme, Rivers State The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt has on Wednesday, 12th February, 2025 signed a memorandum with Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Eleme, Rivers State The Vice-Chancellor shared photographs of the meeting with PTS and wrote:"University of Port Harcourt partners PTS: we signed a memorandum of understanding with PTS Eleme after a rigorous evaluation of the facilities and programs of the PTS Eleme for the award of Bachelor of Arts( Religious and Cultural Studies). We charged them to ensure the standards observed on as the partnerships between the two institutions progresses."To God be the glory!

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt has on Wednesday, 12th February, 2025 signed a memorandum with Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Eleme, Rivers State

The Vice-Chancellor shared photographs of the meeting with PTS and wrote:
